We are a young busy family with two small kids giving nights away in our boutique studio guest house located in a quiet oasis of Weymouth which is surrounded by beautiful beaches of Manukau harbour, parks and playgrounds, biking trails, rugby club, football valleys and boat ramps. Our beloved granny flat is built according to all the building standards with an insulation, ventilation and PVC double glazing doors/windows. There is a secured off street parking. You will be able to enjoy the country atmosphere but be only a short 40min drive from Auckland International Airport and only 10min drive from the bustling town of Pukekohe Own means of transport required. Enjoy a meal at the Calendula Cottage Garden Cafe which is within the grounds. Suit couples, solo and business travelers. Making up the sofa bed is an extra $25 cost when not sharing the Queen bed.

Hillcroft cottage is a small self contained cottage within our large garden on 16acres of land. There are 2 resident Labrador dogs, cattle and hens. Continental breakfast is provided.
