Holiday rentals with beach access in Kinsale

Just spent 4 nights at Tessa's place, but could have spent lots more. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with all the facilities needed, including a washer and dryer. Not far into Kenmare, probably walkable for most people (maybe 20-30 minutes. ) The Beara peninsula is lovely, and Derreen Gardens is definitely worth a visit. Plenty of places to visit at no great distance (Kilarney, Sneem, Whitestrand Bay etc.)

This was our 5th time to Kinsale and we really loved our time again. This property was so conveniently located and the perfect size for the three of us. Look forward to coming back again.

Very pleasant contact with Margaret, very fast response time to questions. Beautiful location with sea view with separate small terrace for the sundowner. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Margaret had provided us with tea, coffee (French Press), yogurt, granola, rolls, cookies, etc., which saved us the trip to the supermarket. To explore the area on foot, you often have to walk on the road (little traffic) - Margaret has hung yellow safety vests in the closet to increase the safety of her guests. We stayed with her for 2 days after our arrival in Ireland.

Clean, cute, and cozy! This was an ideal spot for a great starting point into the Ring of Kerry. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful place to stay!

Mary was so welcoming and had great suggestions around the Kenmare area for food and fun. The place is even more gorgeous than you imagine. You can get a taxi to town fairly easily which is worth is for the great trad music. The tub is amazing and decor is super cute. Thanks again Mary for the little extras you provided us! We hope to be back before too long!

Absolute recommendation! A little paradise in an impressive beautiful area of Ireland. Idyllic, animals right at the doorstep (dog, cats, ponies, donkeys), a very hospitable hostess and a super equipped modern cottage! Ideal for exploring the area around the Ring of Kerry. We were thrilled and would recommend it to everyone! It should only be considered that the cottage is a little off the beaten path from the nearest village of Sneem (about 10 minutes drive). In return, you have absolute peace and a stunning view of a beautiful landscape. It was hard for us to leave.

We originally booked this listing in May of 2020, but sadly were not able to make the trip due to Covid. 5 years later we finally got to stay int he lighthouse and it was well worth the wait! It was truly a magical experience, with breathtaking views and so many special little details in the house to make it feel like home. We spent 10 days in Ireland and this was the highlight of our trip!

We spent four unforgettable nights at Seaview House and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The panoramic views of Derrynane Bay and the Skellig Islands were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect retreat. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to cook several meals at home. After long days of hiking and sightseeing, we really appreciated the comfy beds and hot showers. We loved watching the sheep graze just outside and taking the short walk to the nearby pier, where we met friendly locals and even found some sea glass on the rocky beach. The location is ideal—close to Caherdaniel and beautiful beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. With easy access to the Kerry Way, Skellig tours, and nearby historic sites, this home is a perfect base for exploring the area. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend Seaview House to anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway on the Ring of Kerry.

An absolutely wonderful house - such an amazing view of the sea - a very short walk down to the nearest beach and an easy walk to the amazing Dunworley Beach. Loved it!

It is hard to describe the joy, beauty and warmth of the experience we had at Gretta's beautiful home. The location was beyond our wildest dreams, right under beautiful green hills of sheep and a short walk from an absolutely stunning beach. The home itself was incredibly thoughtfully laid out, decorated, and stocked with everything four travelers needed. However, the best part of our stay was Gretta herself! Her genuine and authentic hospitality, perfect local recommendations, and delicious homemade bread made our stay so special. Gretta and William were an absolute delight and we were all sad to wave goodbye. We will be back!

What a wonderful, cozy place with fantastic garden and water views! Extremely convenient as a base while exploring nearby areas. Very nice touches with fresh flowers, bread and wine! Hope we are lucky enough to return someday! Thank you Gavin!

Another Wonderful Stay at Lazy Acre! This was our second visit to Lazy Acre in Rosscarbery, and it was just as lovely as we remembered. One of the main reasons we returned is because we can bring our dog, Skittles — it's such a dog-friendly spot, and he loves it as much as we do! The location is absolutely perfect — just a stone's throw from the beautiful Warren Beach and only a short walk into town, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area is peaceful and scenic, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. We had a lovely, restful stay with our family and felt right at home. Lazy Acre has become a special place for us, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay on the West Cork coast!

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. where do we start? John was as friendly and gentle as they come. Hid place was perfect and adorable. Kitchen, washer Dryer and a real King Bed! ....just what the doctor ordered. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Castlegregory. We appreciated the many practical touches, such as the well-thought-out kitchen, two couches, access to washer and dryer, front entrance with easy access to Tailor’s Row and back entrance with private parking. We liked Maura’s design aesthetics a lot (the clock, the electric kettle, the cool bedroom shades, etc). It was wonderfully and unexpectedly quiet after dark—no sounds at all from cars, planes, dogs, street conversations. We have no complaints at all!

Lovely coastal home with beautiful views. The hike was cozy and private. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back for another stay.

James was very responsive and answered any question I had. We had a wedding in the local church in Clonakilty and James allowed us to check in early before the ceremony. The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay again if I’m back in Clonakilty as the location in the town was excellent.

Beautiful, modern house on a quiet country road that leads to a beach cove. It is a five minute drive from Ardmore village. The house was comfortable and warm with stunning views. We never turned on the television, preferring to watch the horizon instead! The kitchen is really well laid out and has everything. We had a lovely trip; local activities we enjoyed included a pottery class in Ardmore Pottery and Solas na Mara seaweed baths in Ring.

We enjoyed our few days in Youghal immensely. The apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host James was so friendly and very responsive to any communication from is. We were celebrating my mother in laws 90th birthday and he really went above and beyond for us in that. She had the best time, reminiscing and telling stories from her life and all the holidays she spent in Youghal as a child, a mother, a grandmother and more memories now created in Youghal as a great grandmother. We have priceless memories. Thank you James for making our stay in Youghal such a comfortable and memorable one. We will be back.

Emer thank you for sharing this beauitful place with us. It had a spectacular view of the sea.union Hall and Leap very near. The apartment was bright ,spacious and spotless. Just to note the nearest shop is about 3 miles away so bring basics with you. There is 2 lovely restaurant within walkable distance from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment. .
