The living and dining areas are open-plan with a dirt floor. There is a carpeted mat and a sofa that can seat 8 or more people, providing a relaxing space. There are 3 bedrooms, which are separated from the living room by a step. The walls are plastered except for some parts, so you can stay comfortably without humidity. The room partitions are traditional fusuma and glass shoji, and the bedding is Japanese futons. All windows are double-glazed, eliminating drafts and noise!
