I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

My husband and I enjoyed our two days stay at Keshab's. He is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He even served us traditional snacks prepared by his mom. His house is at walkable distance from New Baneswor so its at great location. His place is great for the price.

This is a wonderful apartment, and it's the best option on our list of places to stay in Kathmandu. It's located in an area with clean, fresh mountain air. Nearby, you'll find coffee shops, cafes and restaurants serving momos and other dishes, and a supermarket within walking distance. This place will make you feel like you're in a modern European home, allowing you to recharge before hiking in the mountains or after a challenging climb. The owner is welcoming and very helpful. It's the best place in Kathmandu! Love!!!!

A home away from home is how I will describe my stay with Shanta. Extremely warm, humble and proactively assistive host. The place reflects his persona too. Clean, immaculately maintained has everything for your convenience and more. The place, some 150 metres from the the bustle of Lazimpat Road is in a quiet locality. Within 2-4 kms of most of the sightseeing you wanna go for locally. So happy that we chose to stay with Shanta. Kudos to his hospitality. Will surely be coming again.

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. So I booked this Apartment to get me out of my business and my daily life. I had a wonderful experience staying at Shristi Home Stay and Apartment. The location was perfect—nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, making it an ideal escape from the city's hustle. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Mr. Lekhraj and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this lovely homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and homely experience. I look forward to visiting again!

The place is not that far from the city, surroundings have hills and cityscape-views. Good for a quick weekend gateaway. P.S: could use proper condiments for cooking.

Great place. Kiran's flat has a nicely finished interior, is spaceous with a full kitchen and lots of outdoor space, ample parking and friendly security. Strong aircon and very conveniently located near the airport with convenient shopping just outside and a quick cab ride to essential sites in the KTM valley -- this place comes highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful host as well, I'll definitely be staying again.

I had a great stay at Trilokbeer’s place in Kathmandu! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Trilokbeer was a kind and attentive host, always ready to assist and share local insights. The location was ideal—close to key spots yet peaceful. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Pramod dai is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible away from the hustle bustle and dust from the city but still within reach (private or hired car highly recommended for daily transport to and from villa to city) with beautiful views. Pramod dai had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our one week comfortable and memorable. Thanks Pramod dai for a wonderful week!

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

Clean and peaceful stay with a few unavoidable insects as the unit is on the lowest floor. Joe was very responsive in answering qns & sharing tips. Apartment is bright and has plenty of space. Drinking water and coffee were provided. To go to the unit, one needs to walk down a flight of metal stairs. If the luggage is very heavy, it may be a problem. A couple of power trips occurred but were restored within minutes.

Where do I start, it's a beautiful listing. We were warmly welcomed by one of the hosts, they shared every detail about the listing politely and kindly. When we see the Listing description, it says there is a big garden, however the twist is that It has the most beautiful cafe in the backyard. It's like the home of my dreams. Very cozy, comfortable, felt like home, everything was available. We were allowed to cook for ourselves without any disturbance, we were also allowed to wash our kids clothes as we have infants. They have a beautiful living room with the most beautiful view of the mountains, Very spacious rooms where a lot of people can stay. Very nice bathrooms, with utilities, a spacious kitchen and dining room with everything available. When we accessed the backyard, we were shocked to see a beautiful garden and a very small and cozy cafe which was not disturbing at all. The cafe has the best food and drinks which everyone should try. I loved every part of our stay. Must visit.

One of the best air bnbs I have experienced. The location is in nature amongst the south east hills of Kathmandu. You feel at peace here, at with nature and tranquility. The house is cosy with everything you need. There is a conservatory / yoga house which has amazing views to meditate. The area is undergoing a big facelift with road construction but this doesn’t affect the stay. The host was loverly and tended to all my needs. The local driver was amazing and took me to some loverly garden plantations. You see the real Nepal in these locations with humbleness mixed with a great work ethic.

It was a great find in the prime location of Kathmandu. Very nice place to stay. Although we belong to Nepal from my husbands side but we decided to stay at this wonderful place. We went there to attend a marriage and ten of close cousins and nephew accompanied. We got this wonderful place where we all spent wonderful time together. Bijay is extremely helpful and reachable easily. His house is wonderfully done and felt like home. We will visit this place again and again. Thanks Bijay for hosting us wonderfully. I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. This small but comfy apartment is ideal for solo travelers. The bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, WIFI are all good. The area is peaceful and pretty calm. There are no issues with noise at night. The host is helpful and responsive. Two regular supermarkets are located nearby, Big Mart is a bit less cramped. The apartment is located in walking distance north of Thamel (10 minutes). Thamel is a main tourist area. It will serve all your touristic needs, including trekking gear, trekking tours, restaurants, bars, ATMs, pharmacies, etc. A major departure point for long-distance buses is nearby.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The views of the city and mountains are awesome and there are 2 lovely roof terraces to sit and enjoy them. Romy and his family were friendly and helpful, recommending a great driver for trips. The apparent was in a quiet cul de sac, although shops, and restarants were just round the corner. It was extremely good value for money -the perfect place to stay in Kathmandu.
