Heavenly lodge retreat in a Lapland forest

Our lodge is built to a high standard with many of the luxuries you would expect at home and yet it oozes that cosy, warm feeling you only get from an old style forest cabin. We offer two double or twin bedrooms, one double/family room for up to four people (2 twins and 2 bunk beds) and two bathrooms with showers (no bath tub). One bathroom is downstairs by the entrance to the lodge. The central living area has a small kitchen and open lounge/dining area.

Keinovuopio is the northernmost village in Sweden that had a permanent population. Cozy cabin on an old mountain farm, without public road. Nice hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, both berry picking, hunting and fishing. See the County Administrative Board's website for hunting and fishing rules. In summer there is a beautiful midnight sun and in winter there are amazing northern lights.
