Holiday rentals with a patio in Kismaros

The whole process was seamless. Checked in easily. Apartment location is excellent; access to bus, metro and trams within minutes walk. (Get a 72 hour travel pass from machine or Budapest Go app!). We also walked into the touristy area in less than 30 minutes. On evenings when we didn't want to go far, the main drag Bartok Bela has lots of cool little bars, gelateria and restaurants. There is massive covered market 5 mins away if you want fresh produce. It also has a food court for eating in or taking away. Enjoy Budapest! We did!

Ilona çok dost canlısıydı ve sorularıma hemen kibarca yanıt verdi. Ev çok temizdi ve gerekli bütün her şey sağlanmıştı. Terası çok ferah ve vakit geçirmek için idealdi. Konum olarak her şeye yürüme mesafesinde. Eve giriş görselli ve net talimatlar sayesinde çok kolaydı. Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Her şey için Ilona'ya teşekkürler! We had a perfect stay at Viktoria’s apartment. It’s located within 10 minute walk to most attractions and within walking distance to great shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport also right outside the door and the airport bus stop is right outside the apartment. Balcony is a nice touch for people watching. A little noisy due to the ceiling fan and busy streets outside but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t solve. Really appreciated the added touches of towels for the spa, ear plugs and the bottle of fizz in the fridge! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage! Wir waren als 6 Freunde da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Sauna ist wirklich ein toller Pluspunkt.

We had a great time at Sebastian's flat. It's a cozy, quirky little place that looks just like the photos. It is very close to a major public transport hub yet very quiet. Sebastian is a super friendly host with a lot of tips on what to do in the city. He was very flexible and communicative. To note, the flat is up a steep street and only accessible by stairs, so may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. For everyone else, definitely recommend!

Cozy apartment with an absolutely mesmerizing view from the balcony especially at sunset! You could spend hours just sitting there, soaking in the panorama. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to come back. Everything else was great too, but the balcony truly makes this place unforgettable

The stay was very cozy, such a beautiful balcony view where u really enjoy your morning coffee or sunny breakfast. Péter was so helpful with recommending the surroundings and how he describes the instructions how to check-in. My girlfriend was happy that there was a big mirror and hairdryer, haha. We had an amazing experience staying at this guesthouse. The property was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very comfortable. András and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to Amber Bride by Sorg Villa (where we were having our wedding) yet quiet and peaceful at night. The amenities were a great bonus too – fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice shower. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Leányfalu.

Everything was great! Zsófia's mom, Krisztina, contacted me and guided us through everything. She was very friendly and even gave us a ride to Tesco since we didn’t have a car. The house is really cute, it's located up on a hill, so walking there can be a bit of a challenge, but with a car, it's perfect. We also had a neighbor dog keeping us company during our stay, which was a lovely bonus! :)

We had a great time at Szilvia's place. The view from the house was amazing and the size of the house was a perfect fit for our party. The wine cellar looked really cool. We had a great time. Szilvia was a responsive host.

A kis ház kellemes és megfelel a leírásának és a képeknek. A környezet nyugodt, zöld és természetközeli. A ház tágas és jól felszerelt, ideális egy pár napos kikapcsolódásra. A konyhában minden megtalálható a főzéshez, aminek nagyon örültem, hiszen szeretek magam főzni nyaralás alatt is. Egy mosógép és mosogatógép is a vendégek rendelkezésére áll, ami megkönnyíti az étkezések körüli munkát. A kert szép nagy és ideális tollaslabdázni, bográcsozni is. Összeségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és ajánljuk mások számára is a hazát, akik fair áron nyugodt környezetben szeretnének pár napot eltölteni.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Budapest, viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen direkt vor der Haustüre.

The building is older but the apartment is super clean. Great shower and the towel warmer was a plus. The location is great, you can walk to most places and lots of great restaurants all around. Krisztina is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay in Budapest was incredible from start to finish. The interior of this apartment had a serious WOW factor that was the cherry on the cake for this fantastic trip. Thank you so much!

Great location! Easy to walk to all interesting tourist spots. Great view of Parliament House. The apartment was extremely comfortable with shutters which blocked the noise and light out which makes for a peaceful sleep. Access to washing machine and dryer helps with longer stays. Local area had a supermarket, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. When we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay here!

I highly recommend this place. It's small but has everything you need. The location makes it easy to get anywhere, and it offers great value for the money. The host is very helpful—even when I encountered a minor issue, he quickly offered a solution, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return.
