Rare gem directly on world famous KiteBeach. Usually fully booked. Only 20 min from airport. The high cathedral ceiling creates a sense of peacefulness.The mezzanine floor has a king bed for a restful sleep. Private balcony with spectacular ocean view to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise. Restaurant on site and several others within a minute walk directly on KiteBeach, all amazing! Several kite schools to choose from. Wifi has been upgraded to fiberoptic and well suited for working in paradise!

Our place is right at the point between Kite Beach and Cabarete Bay. You’ll love it because of the amazing views, beautiful gardens, huge pool by the ocean. My place is good for families (with kids), kiters and/or friends groups looking for an amazing caribbean experience living right on the beach! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor almost on the water with all the amenities you may need for your stay. Exact location: Cabareef. Take a long, relaxed breath and sink into the best location in Cabarete. Quiet, safe, and centrally located, but a 2-minute walk from great bars and restaurants. My great-condition 2019 Mazda SUV available as an extra for less than typical prices.
