Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

It is a 3-minute walk to Starbucks, Safeway, Choices Market and various restaurants. The 99 and 2 bus routes offer easy 15-minute transport to the downtown core and UBC campus. There is a separate entrance for the suite and the space comes equipped with all new furnishings such as washer & dryer, cable TV, radiant floor heating and appliances.

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.
