Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kitzbühel District

Here in Kitzbühel for skiing. Sabine’s place is perfectly located in a quiet area close to a parking lot (if you travel by car). It is also a short walking distance into town and the ski lifts (about 10-15 minutes). However, if you don’t feel like walking with all your ski gears, the bus stop for the ring bus is only a very short distance away. The house itself is clean and spacious. The provided kitchen utensils are sufficient for a quick meal after a long day skiing. The beds are not bad as well, pillows are just a little too flat for my liking but that didn’t bother me. Bathroom is clean and nice! And yes, washer/dryer is not in the unit but it is within the building and you pay 5€ for it BUT, I think it’s reasonable because they provide laundry soap. It’s also a small amount to pay for convenience (at least you don’t have to go out looking for laundromats!). Highly recommend Sabine’s apartment for your trip to Kitzbühel!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

We were able to book the apartment in the basement (formerly garage) with Andrea for the ski vacation at short notice and were especially pleased about the great location (close to the elevator, but still very quiet). The apartment was as shown in the photos and we found everything we needed, even for cooking. Check in/out was hassle-free. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Our short break at Gabriele's (and Pavel's) was simply great. Our little "problems" such as wasp nests, uninvited pool visitors or locked-out neighbors were always dealt with within a very short time, if there were any questions, there were answers in no time and everyone was friendly and accommodating without exception! The apartment was clean, with everything you need. The highlight: almost from the bed to the pool....We will definitely come back!

We booked the place for a weekend. The communication and check-in were super straightforward. Everything was clean and tidy. In addition, the accommodation offers lots of space. In the garden we were greeted by the two ducks and were able to listen to the stream. We will be happy to come back :)

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

The apartment is bigger and nicer than in the photos. It contains 2 toilets and a modern bathroom. Very good price. We are satisfied and will be happy to return.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.
