Charming Two Bedroom House With Large Fenced Yard

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Ideal spot for the traveling professional! I travel a lot for work myself, so I know what you want in an Airbnb. My home feels like home, not just a place to stay and is clean, modern, and tasteful. Intimate setting with access to sauna in backyard. Also my massage studio, so you will find my tools and supplies around. Queen Tempur- Pedic Murphy style bed. My hydraulic massage table is also available for sleeping or can convert into a recliner. Wifi, AC/heat, TV, stand up shower, simple kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, French press, utensils etc. Free parking, a 150ft walk to house. Not handi-cap accommodating. This was the perfect getaway for our trip halfway to our destination. It was beautifully decorated, well appointed with amenities, very clean, and a beautiful atmosphere. It was lovely petting the horses next to the house and was very comfortable even with it being so warm. I would highly recommend staying here. My family members may make this their future destination as a halfway point back home to Idaho.

everything was great at larry’s. we just spent 4 nights there- he responded within minutes to any message - the house is really charming, not overly decorated or overly sparse - fun things like antique juicer, ice skates that keyed onto shoes, very old polaroid, glass liqueur set (murano?) whole house and outdoor space very very clean, with an amazing amount of things in the cupboards- snacks, dog treats, cleaning and misc items galore- sewing kit, flashlight, batteries, tools, etc. first night was cold, low 40’s outside- we turned on the living room furnace and the entire house warmed up - the house is so well insulated that we didn’t need to turn it on again. we had 2 non shedding dogs with us and really appreciated the fenced in yard -and the fact that dogs allowed - very safe and interesting neighborhood for walking around, we did most mornings and evenings - lots of city maintained green space - really, an A+ stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book there again

We can't say enough wonderful things about Rasto's place. It was awesome. We enjoyed using the private hot tub. Rasto responded very quickly, each time we had a question. We will definitely come back.
