Close to downtown while not being in the middle of downtown. Perfect for those visiting whom desire quieter evenings. All amenities are as advertised and the hosts are extremely responsive.

The tree house was a perfect romantic honeymoon getaway. It had a rustic, playful, charm. It was private, peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful. We personally liked not having internet, television, or cell service. It made it so we could solely focus on each other with no outside interruptions. The lighted hot tub was the perfect touch and so relaxing. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of frogs, and waking up to the sounds of birds. We would definitely stay again at this special place!

We had a wonderful stay at Arrived Your Vacation Destination in White Salmon. The place was very comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was nice and large and well stocked. Views of Mt Hood were beautiful. It’s nice that pets are allowed too. There was a bakery just down the road in walking distance that was fabulous as well as several restaurants. Hood River is a short drive over the toll bridge with lots of outdoor activities. We stopped at several of the wineries on the Fruit Loop and had delicious homemade ice cream at the Hood River Lavender Farm. This was a great location with lots to do and we would stay here again.

David was a kind and welcoming Airbnb host. He lives on property attached to the house you will be staying in. Other than a few chats during our stay here and there he gave us our privacy and it was an overall a great vacation. Beds were very comfortable! All of the guests particularly pointed out how comfy their sleeps were. The hot tub was nice in theory but since its inside the bathroom of the main guest room it was not used. The property was beautiful and there was a grill that we used to cook a big dinner one night. Thanks David!

Home was a great place to spend a relaxing family weekend. Location is quiet and peaceful. Home is clean and beds comfortable. Being able to sit on the deck at night and see the stars is amazing!!

We had a great stay - would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient to downtown Hood River as well. We went to the local coffee shop each morning and visited the local wineries. We will be back!!

Such a sweet place!! Above and beyond beautiful and amazing! The bridal party absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. So many nice touches, including mini chocolate bars placed here and there. Lots of room, conveniently located, beautiful outdoor spaces, cozy and comfy beds, beautifully decorated…I want to go back to Hood River just to stay there! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Charles’ place in Hood River! The view over the river is absolutely stunning — we spent every morning just soaking it in with coffee in hand. The home itself is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. It’s also very well equipped — everything we needed was right there, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras. Charles was a great host, and the location made for a perfect base to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Very nice place and location, exactly as described. I’d especially recommend it for families with kids - loads of toys which were highly appreciated!

The view of Mt. Adams from the cabins front window was amazing! Was able to do a bit of walking, and the people we met were very friendly. Thank you.

In the world of Airbnb, my experience of late is a lot of listings overpromise by using photos that exaggerate and/or are dated by years. I’ve had several in the last year that had me anticipating luxury and delivered something far from. Bruce’s place is fair and accurate. The location, relative to Hood River is awesome! His photos and descriptions are accurate. It’s a bit different in that he doesn’t try to hide that you’re staying in a house someone generally lives in, but again, all that shows up honestly in his listing. The photos are also honest. I’d stay there again.

Great get-away experience, a bit of a drive on narrow mountain road and the farm is very dark at night so very important to try to check in before the sun sets! It was definitely quite a detox for both body and mind! Loved the well water!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The walk along the river behind the cabin and relaxing on the back deck were great as well! We would definitely come back.

Nice place and nice location at a reasonable price. Everything functional and in working order. The space was great for two of us, and I think it would work well to have a couple of kids in the loft too. I appreciate the quality construction of the cabin -- interesting details. It is also clear that the owners have a sense of humor, based on some of the little touches inside and out. The only minor downside is that the tap water has a sulfur taste, but they provided abundant bottled water, so no problem. At this time of year, and I'm sure at other times too, the surrounding landscape is downright beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location to all the restaurants downtown. We walked everywhere. Place a little dated but clean and lots of room.

Nice apartment with river views. Full size refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean with an easy check in.

Beautiful, little spot. We just came in for a wedding and needed a place to sleep and get ready. It was fun to say hi to a few chickens too!

Lovely apartment right in the center of town! amenities are great and the kitchen has everything you need. Doppio coffee is right under the apartment which is awesome for breakfast. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby, would love to stay again next time we're in town!

Fantastic, massive home that could easily accommodate more than the 5 guests we had. Decent view of Mt Adam’s from the deck with a fire pit, which fit our UAP viewing party of a trip. Kitchen is very functional which is perfect given the lack of food options nearby (if staying mid week you have NO food options within 30 miles so plan accordingly). Property is beautiful and you can hear the water from the creek in nearly every room in the house; very peaceful. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and easy to relax in. WiFi was great. Parking is no problem on the property.

The house was perfect for three generations. The grandparents had a first floorbedroom room and the parents and two children had the upstairs. This is a beautiful home removated with taste. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and took walks around the treelined streets. This location is charming. Maury is easy to reach and responds quickly. I would stay in this lovely house anytime I returned to beautiful Hood River.

Overall, the condo was very nice and the location was excellent! Easy walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and directly above a wonderful coffee shop/bakery. Mary was very responsive and helpful. The one item that could use some additional explanation in the condo description was the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable but there was very limited privacy. The bedroom walls are 3/4 walls with a large space between the top of the wall and the ceiling. The bedrooms also do not have doors but have hanging drapes. As I said, the overall comfort was excellent but with two teenage boys, my husband and I felt our privacy was limited.
