The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this facility a great place to relax and a very good base. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector and a coffee machine. There is also a hot tub with air and water jets. The hot tub is additionally payable and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely bring your dog.

House by the Owl Stream

The house is located in the village of Rzeczka near the Sokola Pass, in the area there are ski lifts and a trail to the Great Owl. A two-story house with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, finished with wooden elements that give warmth and a mountain atmosphere. A stream flows through the plot, and in its vicinity in the garden there is a barbecue area with a place to feast and a swing. The property overlooks the second highest peak of the Owl Mountains - the Mała Sowa. We invite you.

Górska chata pod lasem

The house can be rented as a whole building: max. 9 beds and 2 infants on cots. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room. In summer, guests relax on the terraces and hammocks. In winter the house is electrically heated. If guests wish to enjoy the added attraction of a fireplace or bonfire - they can purchase wood on site. Saunas and jacuzzis are subject to a fee according to the price list on the website. They may be closed for technical reasons.

"Chata Rafusa" is a wooden year-round cottage located in the NATURA 2000 areas in the picturesque village of Kamienica located in the Śnieżnik Massif. This place is away from the tourist hustle and bustle, created for a family holiday surrounded by nature. It is an ideal base for skiers and mountain hiking enthusiasts. Nearby are: the Śnieżnik Kłodzki Reserve, the Wilczka Waterfall Reserve and the Bear Cave, as well as many other attractions offered by the Kłodzko Land.

Year-round houses Cicha Struga

We offer a stay in 3 YEAR-ROUND WOODEN HOUSES, each of which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Located next to the forest, on a sunny slope at the foot of the Cicha river. The ground floor is a living room  with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. The houses are heated by a fireplace or electric heaters.

Chalet Yetiów near Czarna Góra

Chalet Yetiów is located on the slope of Zawada Mountain (778 meters above sea level) descending to the village of Bolesławów. The biggest advantage is its location right next to the ski lift Kamienica Ski Station, which is an ideal place to learn to ski for families with young children. All you have to do is get out of the house, turn on the ski and go to the bottom station.
