Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

A cozy apartment in the center of Polanica - Zdrój after a major renovation. The apartment has a bathroom and kitchen with induction cooktop and microwave equipped with the necessary utensils. You can also make delicious coffee in a capsule coffee machine. Underfloor heating and a heater in the bathroom. A comfortable 160x200 folding bed will ensure a comfortable and pleasant sleep. A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Spacious 100 sqm apartment in the center of Kłodzko with a unique view of the old town. Large living room connected to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet. Perfect for several people. It can accommodate 3 couples in large beds. There is a crib for a small child. Kitchen with all equipment, fridge, induction, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. An apartment for people who want to spend the night comfortably and have a good time. No parties!

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. About 100 meters away, there is my second cottage for 6 people, called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage, regardless of the number of people.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, situated on a slope, which allows you to use a large terrace and a side balcony overlooking the ski lifts. It is perfectly illuminated, because it has two large, sloping terrace windows. It is located at the end of the corridor, which ensures the comfort of silence. The advantage is the proximity of the ski resort in winter and hiking and cycling routes in summer. Nearby, you will find great food infrastructure.

We invite you to our apartment. You will find a comfortable place to sleep for 6 people. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, in which there are two single beds (for your convenience we made sure that you can combine them into large beds, you decide what you need). The living room has a large double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, oven) and a bathroom with shower and heated floor.
