It is designed for outdoor living with a lovely veranda, pergola area for al fresco dining and expansive lawns with a lap pool. The area is safe and convenient with access to excellent restaurants, a woolies food the highway. House comes complete with full solar system, wifi, a work area, and a helper to allow you to relax. Central to Durban beach (20 mins), Umhlanga (25mins), airport (40mins) & the midlands/ Drakensburg.
