Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc-dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm bred (1-2 pers) och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-säng/soffa (1 pers).

Eget boende i del av villa! Här är ett fräscht och trivsamt rum på lugnt läge bara 10 - 12 minuters promenad från Lunds stadkärna. Boendet har egen ingång, egen dusch och toalett. Två cyklar kan man låna gratis i mån av tillgång. Egen p-plats utanför huset (gratis).
