Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

Located in a coinvent neighborhood in South Knox and includes all basic necessities for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom to feel at home. It is private with all provided amenities and no shared spaces, but owner's do live upstairs. Guests have dedicated parking by the entrance. WIFI provided. Walk to Baker Creek park, SoKno taco, 7 minute drive to Ijams and downtown, 3 minute drive to Sevier Ave breweries

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
