Holiday rentals with beach access in Ko Lak

Kenneth is an amzing host. Generous and accommodating. The place is as amazing as it is in the pictures. Literally a 30 second walk to a very secluded and quiet beach. Absolutely stunning. There are many restaurants nearby. You can walk to them on the beach. anywhere from 5-20 minutes by walk. There's also a small supermarket and 7-11 about 10-min drive away. Lotus is about 30 minutes away along the main highway. The wifi speed was fine 80 % of the time. Around 50 upload and download. The router is a bit far so to use the internet in the bedrooms, we used our own wifi extender, which helped. There are many stray dogs around, but are all harmless. We fed them lots as they looked very very malnourished and hungry. There's also a cat that walks around the villa. Beautiful colours. She hung out with us every day and slept on the couch outside as we worked on the patio. She loves drinking milk. This is our favourite place by far in Thailand and we will return.

This is a gorgeous property literally on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool (shared with two other apartments). The property is located in a very small fishing village with a 10 minute ride to the nearest town which has a 7-Eleven and other mini-markets. Excellent for those who seek private in a quiet and relatively secluded place. Ying was a very helpful and responsive host. We had a great experience!

Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen konnte man sich an sie wenden und sie standen dir sofort zur Seite. Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt alle notwendigen Sachen waren Vorort und man musste nichts weiter kaufen. Der Service den man bekommen hat (Betten neubeziehen, aufräumen ect.) wurde immer sauber und sorgfältig erledigt und man hatte volles Vertrauen in das Personal. Die gesamt Anlage war sehr ansprechend und wie auf den Bildern, es war eine sehr ruhige und private Gegend und wurde so weder durch andere Besucher noch durch anderen Lärm gestört. Die Unterkunft ist aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden sie immer wieder buchen für einen ruhigen,entspannten, gemütlichen, kommunikativen und sauberen Urlaub

We had a blast staying at Kristina’s. One of the best parts was renting the little scooters with side cars. It allowed us to adventure Huai Yang. We took in many beach spots and sampled as many restaurants as we could. We would recommend this place to people that are looking for a relaxed vacation. Thanks Kristina.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit tollem Blick, man kann sehr schön auf dem Balkon sitzen. Wir haben bei Kenneth ein kleines Segelboot ausgeliehen, ein super Erlebnis.

We loved staying at Leo’s place. His co-host Sow was very welcoming and helpful, organising bicycles for us which were necessary as the house is located a little out of town. The house is spacious and cool. The location is great, just a minute from the beach. Ban Krut is a beautiful beach town with a surprising amount to offer. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in Yvonne's house Naam Thai 3. Together with children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed the house with a wonderful pool that was used extensively. (The pool attendant has been an asset and should be commended) Yvonne has been perfect as a landlord and reachable when needed, but on site Phia service takes care of everything with praise. The house has everything you need and is in a private environment, dogs are of course also in Huay Yang but just close the gate and they are kept outside. The first grandchildren said when they saw the house and the pool: it was worth the 14 hour trip. Huay yang is a cozy fishing village with everything you need, from food to massages and beaches, always smiling people. We hope to come back . Peter

Huis lag heerlijk direct aan een rustig strand. Zo vanuit de tuin op het strand. Op het terras/tuin was een klein bubbelbad wat fijn is met kleine kinderen. Huis was voorzien van allerlei kookgerei etc. Wel handig als je zelf wilt koken. Dit ook veel gedaan. Restaurants waren op een paar na allemaal gesloten. Geen seizoen. En dat wat open was gaf niet de Thaise kwaliteit die wij gewend zijn. Als vrouw van het gezin een goeie Thaise kok is zijn we natuurlijk ook verwend. Is wel een bestemming waar het fijn is als je voorzien bent van een auto. De brommer is leuk maar voor bezoek aan restaurants/markten/wat groter plaats voor Makro/Lotus is een auto gewenst. Je hebt ook dan de mogelijkheid om de omgeving wat te gaan verkennen wat de moeite waard is als je buiten de toeristische paden wil gaan. Er is zoveel meer als Bangkok etc. Al met al voor een “falang “ inwoner van Thailand met zijn familie was dit weer een gedeelte van Thailand wat we verkend hebben wat goed kon vanuit dit strandhuis

The host was very friendly and accommodate to our check in time. They are attentive and recommend nearby food to us. The stay was clean, exactly as described and comfortable. The view is nice. Highly recommended.

We did plan on staying 3 nights but only stayed for 1 as we were exhausted from travelling and just wanted to get home with our dogs. The place is in a great location for the beach, just a minutes walk away. The maid was fanstastic who went out of their way to get some shopping in for us as we were arriving late at night. Absolute credit to the place.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und macht garantiert spass. Wir haben es sehr genossen, als Familie dort zu sein. Die Reception und Nadia sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es gibt 2 Sachen, die wir aber erwähnen müssen: 1) Wir konnten die Küche nicht benutzen, weil sie keinen Strom hatte. Wir haben das Nadia zwar mitgeteilt, aber irgendwie war da ein Missverständnis. Beim Auschecken haben wir dann von der Rezeptionistin erfahren, dass vergessen wurde die Küche für uns freizuschalten. Das war schade, denn wir konnten dadurch unser Morgenessen nicht zubereiten und mussten uns umstellen. 2) der Plattenboden im ganzen Haus war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Füsse waren sehr schnell dreckig. Man hat das auch gut gesehen im Gegenlicht. Wir können die Unterkunft aber absolut weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Umgebung/Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans l'appartement de Mikael. il a l' acces direct a la piscine, ce qui est tres agreable. il y a le necessaire dans la cuisine et plusieurs tres bons restaurants aux alentours. Un grand supemarche Lotus se trouve a une vimgtaine de minutes pour faire des courses et il y a un 7 eleven a une dizaine de minutes. merci beaucoup Michael

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.
