House holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Yai

This is a homestay inside an old city alley, it's nice to find it, it's the old city, and it's character!The interior of the room is clean and tidy, it is a little flawed but imperfect. The owner is very warm and well taken care of. Our needs are met as much as possible, a very good room!

Words can’t even describe how incredible our experience was staying at Ian and Luk’s place. Honestly if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. My family flew out to Thailand and we decided to stay here in Ko Lanta for 5 days (split between Lanta & Phi Phi to break it up). Honestly, both of these guys went above and beyond, we felt secure and welcomed, felt incredibly looked after and everything was so convenient. The breakfasts every morning we superb, as well as the meals we had in the evening. They had motorbikes at the accommodation and gave us our bill for the bikes at the end of our stay which also made things so much simpler. I can not recommend this place enough. Ian and Luk, thank you so so SO much, and we’ll be seeing you in the future. Take care guys! Ryan and Family x

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

The host was very kind and due to our flights, we had an early check-in and late check-out. The house is great, everything was clean and welcoming. It is one of several villas in that road with security. Short walk to the beach, also to go shopping. This villa was right beside the tennis court (they could have painted that grey concrete wall as you are looking straight onto it when sitting outside). We have been there in the green season, so not many villas occupied at that time. When in the pool or around the pool area, you won't have a lot of privacy when every villa is booked, so we have been lucky at that time of the year. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and really nothing to complain. We would go there again! Thank you very much :0)

Beautiful spot, clean and tidy and close to the best restaurant on Ko Lanta, Krit Friendly Bar 🤤

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

We were on site as a small family. We really enjoyed it, everything is clean and in a well maintained condition. The more beautiful beaches are a few (about 15 minutes) minutes away. But we knew that before. Therefore, we can only recommend it.

Relaxing Family Stay in a Spacious Villa with Pool This villa is located in a peaceful area and offers plenty of space — perfect for families. The bedrooms have air conditioning, though the living room can get a bit warm. The private pool was great for cooling off, and we loved the nearby restaurant options like Yawee, all within walking distance. A small rocky beach is also just a short walk away — our kids absolutely loved exploring it. Communication with Jenny was smooth and quick via the app. Only minor downside: the cleaning could have been better (we found some hairs in the bathroom and dust around the bed and sofa), but with a vacuum cleaner provided, we sorted it out ourselves. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Niang's place was lovely. The accommodation is fantastically located in the countryside and offers a private flair. The beautiful terrace, from which you can look out to the sea and the infinity pool, from where you can pay attention to the sunset, are fantastic. The apartment was clean, well equipped & Niang was a very thoughtful host. We would come back anytime & highly recommend 🌞 Small note: However, you should not be afraid of small animal friends who visit you at dusk in the evening;)

A warm and professional welcome. We had a pleasant stay. The house is functional and you will find everything you need as well as different places to settle in. I recommend it.

We loved our stay here. The house is pleasant and clean, Laila responds quickly and is proactive if there is a problem (the water reservoir was empty after 1 day, this was refilled and remedied very quickly after a report). The area is very nice and Koh Lanta is a great island to be!

i loved my stay here, the staff were so lovely and helpful, the place was absolutely beautiful! it was very recently built so everything is really modern, there is a kitchen space to make your own food but lots of restaurants around the area. there is a small food market about a 15 minute bike ride away which has plenty of options also. the area is very chill so if you’re looking to relax this is the place. there are 2 pools and plenty of sun loungers. the beach was a bit tricky to get to on foot but plenty of locals nearby offering lifts. right next to shops to get any supplies and a yoga studio. feeling very relaxed after my stay here :)

The place was amazing, we loved how clean the pool and our place was. We definitely recommended it. It was the perfect place for our family.

We stayed in the villa as two family’s with young children (both 7 months and 3 years old) and found it to be well equipped and comfortable. The Villa is in a good location, Near restaurants and bars and faces out on to the beach. Better beach for swimming is just 5 mins up the road. Would recommend staying here.

Joels home was great for a time out with the Kids. They enjoyed the Pool with the slide a lot. Restaurants around the place were great. Easy getting around the Island.

We had a lovely time and to ourselves exactly what we were looking for: a few quiet days with nice views and close to the beach. In addition, a kitchen was important to us, which is really well equipped here - there are plenty of cutlery, bowls/plates as well as pots/pans, etc. The apartment is very large and looks like in the photos, the balcony is great, we enjoyed it very much. Pool is beautiful and has a great view. Beach, supermarket, restaurants and massage are all within walking distance. We would have liked to extend it was unfortunately not possible.

Lovely little villa, everything was clean on arrival and in a great location. You could walk to restuarants, but probably easier to get a bike/car. There was a lovely beach opposite with small beach bar. In Koh Lanta everthing is not too far away. Nick is on site most of the time, so if you need any information with trips/Bikes etc.. I would definitely recommend staying here

A very lovely and spacious room! Very comfortable and large bed. A big bonus is being able to use the amenities at the El Pillax hotel. Very close to a beautiful beach with lovely beach front bars and restaurants all in walking distance!

Wanasisah and her family were very lovely and helpful throughout our visit. The room was cleaned frequently, water bottles replenished and there was netflix in the room. She also helped to arrange laundry to be collected and returned to our room, and booked airport transfers (all for a reasonable fee). The room is off the main road, so it is relatively quiet -there is still occasional street noise and there is a nearby mosque with morning prayers. It didn't bother us but light sleepers may need earplugs. The family also owns the Thai Malay restaurant next door and their food is fantastic. Thank you Wanasisah and family!
