Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kocaeli

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

The owner of the house was helpful and cooperative, and he was always ready in case we needed anything, and we thank him for his hospitality. In general, it was a wonderful stay and we recommend this place for those looking for comfort and privacy in the middle of nature.

The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for cleanliness and hygiene. Everything was perfect, whether it was the pool temperature, the amenities of the house. Quiet and comfortable

We went on holiday with a total of 4 people and a 1-year-old baby. When the price was divided between two families, it was an amount that could be paid very comfortably. The garden was a quiet, peaceful garden with a common barbecue area. You can barbecue very comfortably with your own charcoal and barbecue wire. You can also sit on the room terrace and have a coffee. An apartment that is a 5-minute walk from the beach and its own center is ideal for getting up in the morning and taking a walk. You can also swim from the beach to the sea, which was also very nice. Again, there are many grocery stores and glassware shops where you can shop within the same walking distance. You can meet all your needs. We did not see any harmful situation for the baby in the apartment (sharp edges, corners, etc.) and Mr. Gürsoy even gave us a high chair, which was a great convenience for us. Materials such as plates, forks, and glasses were available and clean. The pillows and sheets provided were also clean. The sink and bathroom were clean. Overall, we had a holiday that we were satisfied with, we can choose it again if we happen to be in the area:)

I stayed for 2 nights. Pool heating, general cleaning of the house, the size of the house was very nice. I was greeted with a very friendly face. Necessary information about the environment was also given. If I go again, I'll go here again...

It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything is thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everywhere is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walking distance, the lake is close enough to get off by taxi, everything was very beautiful

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.

Everything that may be needed has been considered, it is a very nice neighborhood in terms of location and the view should definitely be added to the photos. It was a very fun and beautiful place, thanks for everything. The host responded to everything. I recommend it.
