We had chosen the place to explore the Turkish Black Sea coast from here, but didn't want to be that far from the airport. The place was perfect for that. The place Sile offers everything you need for your vacation: restaurants, supermarkets and a great beach.

the location was quite nice, 3-5 minutes by walking to the bazaar, the house was spacious and comfortable, we stayed with my mother and we were satisfied, if anyone wants to stay in Izmit

Izzet’s house is extremely clean and luxurious. Everything you could possibly need is available. The location is also great restaurants, malls, and other amenities are all nearby. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring and hospitable host. Whenever we asked a question, we received an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for cleanliness and hygiene. Everything was perfect, whether it was the pool temperature, the amenities of the house. Mr. Barış responded to all questions instantly and provided us with the opportunity to have a smooth holiday. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about staying:)
