Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kočevje

Stunning spacious property tucked at the end of a small secluded road with great views over the countryside, even better in real life than the photos. The property was very clean and well equipped. A short 5 minute drive into nearest town for supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

A lovely base to explore the local countryside and the wider country, by car. Clean, spacious and peaceful. Mateja was a proactive and helpful host.

The stay at Tina and Igors house was wonderful! The house is even nicer then in the description and pictures. Two saunas, a whirlpool, the outdoor kitchen... And everything is top notch and up to date, e.g. the kitchen is really well supplied and you have everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time there and the communication was always super easy and friendly. We definitely want to return and also recommend it to everyone.

We wanted a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana, yet close enough to it. We felt at home at Marjeta's place and recommend it 100%.

The experience was above the expectations! Surrounding of the house is beautiful, the host is very nice and always ready to help! House is very well equipped, food from the barbecue taste delicious and water in the jacuzzi is very warm ☺️ I really recommend FS**** to everyone!

Everything was great! We were only here one night for a stopover. The proximity to the highway (not audible) was therefore perfect for us. The communication went smoothly. Check-in was also possible at night thanks to the key box. Very nice and clean apartment.

The house is surrounded by vineyards, the view is spectacular (the other side of the valley is Croatia). The bathroom is new, the kitchen is basic. If you want to spend some time in a quiet area, far away from “civilization”, you should try this accomodation. Neva’s husband Janni accompanied us to the location and showed us around the house, it has a winecellar with a nice local red and white wine we could taste for free. One thing you need to know: at 7 am the bells of the little church nearby make enough noise to wake up a deaf man!

This house is amazing! ❤️ You can really feel the family's history in the house. I highly recommend this place! We loved staying here... The peace, quiet are lovely and the house has wonderfull views of the mountains. Everything that you need is available. We also loved that the parents of Jan greeted us upon arrival. They were so nice!

We stayed for 4 days and it was an absolute 10! Both the house and the area conveyed more than peace! With a nearby restaurant and with more than wonderful views, the perfect accommodation, everything clean and everything modern, and the kindness and attention of the hosts a 10! Wow, wow, wow!!! We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week over Christmas and it was just perfect. It is a stunning place with everything you could need and plenty of room. The surrounding area is just beautiful, quiet and rural. It was truly idyllic. Having the fire was wonderful and made it feel extra special. It is easy to get to Ljubljana, Zagreb and other local towns but also perfect for walking straight from the door into the countryside. Michael gave us some excellent recommendations of places to go and is very helpful and responsive. He also gave us gifts of homemade honey and honey liquor which were very gratefully received! We would have stayed longer if we could!

We had a great time at the apartment. You get a great stay for little money. It has everything you need, and although it’s part of a hostel, it feels like you have your own stay. Very nice hosts. Looks better than the pictures, great place to eat outside. Not much in the area though, but we wanted to travel by car and see the country that way. So that worked well!

Modern luxury house with amazing pool, many bbq possibilities, table tennis etc. We had great welcome from Marko and his father. We stayed in the flat on the ground floor. The other flat on the 1st floor had no guests during our stay, so we had all the facility just for us, which was great.

Very nice apartment, clean, new and equipped with everything you need. 15 minutes from one of the parking lots to go to Ljubljana by bus (very convenient), quiet area. Maja is a great host, very kind, helpful, he also brought us pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful rental in a peaceful location. The yard is filled with fruit trees which my kids loved picking their daily fruits. The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and while we had difficulty starting the jaccuzi, Bojan’s daughter came to our rescue and she was absolutely kind and pleasant to talk to. The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures/listed in the description. You definitely need a car to get there, it’s about a 7 minutes drive frim the shops/restaurants. I cannot recommend this place enough!
