Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Absolute Ruhe, kilometerweiter Blick, Sterne in der Nacht und vor der Tür viel Platz zum Entspannen plus Teich. Am Rande des Biosphärenreservats Schaalsee finden sich in ca. 30 km Umkreis Lübeck, Wismar, Schwerin, der Ostseestrand, Ratzeburg und vieles mehr. Hamburg ist 100 km entfernt. In Rehna (ca. vier km) gibt es mehrere Discounter zum Einkaufen, einen Baumarkt und eine Apotheke.

Im Sommer empfiehlt sich eine Kanufahrt auf dem nahegelegenen Ratzeburger See oder ein Shoppingtrip nach Lübeck! Hochzeitsfeiern möglich auf dem Hof! Das Haus ist vollunterkellert.

The apartment is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1850. In 2012, we carefully awakened the Uhlehuus from its slumber and restored it sustainably. The apartment is located in the main house, where we also live, but is completely separated and forms a self-sufficient unit with its own entrance, and its own large terrace with garden. The spacious property is fenced. Your children and your four-legged friends can romp undisturbed and make friends with sheep and goats.
