A private villa with fantastic valley and lake views of the entire kodaikanal town. This plush, modern gorgeous villa is set on two levels and also includes a large private backyard with breathtaking views of the valley on one side and the Kodai town and lake far below on the other. A large private deck and garden is the highlight of this house. Please do note that we do not allow parties or group of men or boys to book this stay. Thanks for understanding.

Situated on 2.5 acres of orchard land, the house is quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Only 10 - 15 minutes from the main Town of Kodaikanal. Unobstructed views of Mount Perumal, Vilpatti Village and it's terraced farm lands, Waterfalls and the Palni Temple and plains. Perfect for remote working, families, couples or anyone looking to really switch off and be with nature in total privacy. My Caretaker can prepare all meals at a nominal additional cost. 💚
