Holiday rentals with beach access in Kogarah

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Perfect stay at Lyn’s house, really spacious flat and comfy bed. Great location in walking distance to everything and parking right outside. Lyn was very quick with communication too, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had a magical stay at Madeline’s beachfront property- she was so accommodating with check in and check out and made it so easy for us! Madeline’s property offered so many extra , thoughtful inclusions and kitchen / fridge pantry items to make your arrival welcoming- loved the “ sweet treat” too!! The electric blankets were wonderful as it was winter- very cosy indeed! The view is stunning and so relaxing sitting in the swinging chair on the balcony …. We highly recommend Madeline’s exceptional property for your stay on the beach!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love that it is the last place in Coogee to lose the sun. The beach is right underneath and the three salt water pools at that end of the beach are within 3 minutes walk!! Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for the excellent communication Virginia. We will be back.

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Had the best time at Hilde’s place. Amazing location. Fully fenced for the dogs. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful house. A hidden paradise. Hilde was also super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

This place is absolutely amazing - we would come back again. Fantastic property, unbelievable views, and just a great place all round. I will say their beds are really comfortable also which is one of the biggest bonuses.
