The apartment is in original condition and is rented out by the owner while she spends time in her summer or winter cottage. The apartment has 4 bedrooms in two floors with a terrace both upstairs and downstairs. The city center with the campus and culture center Allegro, restaurants and cafees is only 400 meters away. The Aspegren´s 1700's garden is just a stone´s throw away from the house.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Tea and instant coffee are available in the kitchen. There's a dog in the yard.

Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
