The apartment serves as a great base for your vacation and offers you the opportunity to get away from everyday life. You can experience the unique nature and national landscapes of Koli by visiting the famous Ukko-Koli (approx. 5.5 km). There are also several cycling, hiking and skiing trails nearby. Koli village is about 5 km away

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Asunto sijaitsee Loma-Kolin sydämessä. Vierestä lähtee useita hiihto-, pyöräily- ja patikointireittejä. Kolin jäätie on lähes mökin vieressä ja Kolin huipulle on n. 15 min matka. Kolin kansallispuistomaisemaa on kuvattu Suomen kauneimmaksi, ja tekemistä riittää ympärivuotisesti!

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Monitasoratkaisutalo soveltuu loistavasti perhejuhliin, mutta ei bilekäyttöön turvallisuussyistä. Pielisen ranta, pyöräily- ja kävelyreitit ja hiihtoladut ovat lähellä, vartin ajomatkan päässä kaupasta, maisemapaikoista, vaellusmestoista, satamasta ja muista käyntikohteista. Kolilainen on itse koettava kokonaisuus (ja eläimetön allergiatalo)!

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.

Loma-Kolin mökkialueella, Pielisen rantamaisemissa Kolin loma-asuntomessuille 2006 rakennettu paritalohuoneisto. Rantaan 50m, ei laituria, mökin vierestä menee rantaan tie / polku, jonka kohdalta oikealle rantaa voi käyttää. Rannalla soutuvene, joka yhteiskäytössä Koliwood A:n kanssa. Rakentamaton rantaviiva jatkuu todella pitkälle ja vasta 500m päässä tulee vastaan camping alue.
