Luksa's place was an absolutely magical view and he could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The place is immaculate, and Luksa was available for anything needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The VIEW! Breathtaking! And a walk down the 300+ stairs to get to the most pictaresque (in my opinion :) ) gate into old town. You can uber back up....but we actually liked the challenge and workout of taking the stairs back up to the place. Felt like it justified all the amazing food we were eating The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed for comfort and utility in kitchen, bathroom, and living space was thought of and provided. It is not large space, but perfect size really and kept so pristine and with no clutter...just what you need for comfort. I would absolutely return to stay

We really enjoyed our stay on Koločep! The apartment is located in a beautiful bay with stunning views, away from the main town and therefore very tranquil. The apartment itself is comfortable with an equipped kitchen and outdoor space to relax. It was quite hot at night but we understand there is a plan to install air conditioning soon. We enjoyed swimming, snorkelling and walking through the pine forests. Josko picked us up by boat for easy access to the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a tour around the island by boat, sharing his knowledge and some great stories.

Indescribably great location with sandy beach right outside the door. The surroundings are quiet, secluded and beautiful for walking and hiking. Directly in the vicinity of the hotel with restaurant next door, on the beach opposite a tavern (with freshly grilled fish and seafood) and the small bar. Twice a day, a small boat docks (connection to Dubrovnik), which we found easily thanks to Ivan's instructions. It is about 25 minutes on foot to the other place on the island. There you will find 2 restaurants, another sandy beach, the only small village shop (fresh goods such as bread come daily with the 10:30 ferry and prices are of course a bit higher) and the official ferry (connection Dubrovnik - Elaphiti Islands). We had a quiet, relaxed time. If you are looking for a slower pace (there are no cars on the island, only smaller means of transport) and seclusion away from the tourist crowds, this is the place for you. Even if, of course, day-trippers visit the island every day.

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

We spent four nights at Kolocep, and were lucky enough to rent with Zorka. The apartment was located in quiet area, 2 minutes from the beach(sand) and 5 minutes walk from beautiful rocks and crystal clear water. Zorka and her daughter Barbra gave us freshly made lemonade and homemade apple pie upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything essential to cooking a full dinner. PS: make sure to do grocery shopping on mainland, as the small market on Kolocep is very limited and equally expensive (big Konzum market is right by the port) We also recommend buying the ferry tickets in advance, as the tickets sell out fast. We experienced that the hard way, by having to kill 4,5 hours on mainland before going out to the island again.

We had such a wonderful time. The apartment is very cute and beautifully decorated. It’s very private and the outdoor space that goes with the apartment ties it all together. From the seating area outside you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the harbor with the most beautiful sunsets. Natalia was always there if we needed something and responded immediately. She gave us many great tips and really stood out with how friendly and caring she was. We would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay - we were made to feel very welcome by the entire family. The location is perfect, close to a great beach, and the island is beautiful. The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you so much!

Marija and Kristina’s place is a perfect location for exploring beautiful Dubrovnik. It’s a well decorated and relaxing space. I especially enjoyed sitting by the pool with my coffee in the quiet calm of the morning. Both hosts were super responsive and made for stay.

It was perfect place to stay - apartment is big, comfortable and clean. From the terrace you can see Adriatic Sea, close to apartment is restaurant with excellent local food. Tanja is friendly host and offer a lot of local tips: how to go to Dubrovnik or what to see. We had really nice time in apartment:)

Sinisa offers a pick-up service from the airport which is fantastic. He kindly drove us to a supermarket for supplies. The apartment is beautiful & immaculate. In the fridge were beers, wine, water, apple juice, and some chocolate treats which was a lovely suprise. Plenty of towels in the bathroom with a great power shower. A large terrice with table chairs, sunbeds & beach towels. lovely bedrooms, very comfy beds. Large sofa and T.V with plenty of apps and channels. The kitchen has everything you would want a large hob, oven microwave dishwasher, panini press & more. The apartment is in an idyllic spot lovely and quiet but in an uber just 20 mins into Dubrovnik. There are 2 really nice restaurants within a few mins walk and more restaurants 20 mins walk around the beautiful bay. You have the use of paddleboards, and just outside the accommodation are more sunbeds on the waters edge. Sinisa is a fantastic host who goes above & beyond. I would highly recommend this special place.❤️

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !

Marko was a fantastic host! Despite our flight being very late, he was right there to greet us. We absolutely loved his place.

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

Stay was nice. Place is very clean and with very nice view to the sea, we enjoyed that every evening in the balcony.

Our expectations were fully met and we felt very comfortable as a guest. Pool was awesome and super clean. The kids loved him. Our outdoor area was a little away from the pool, which we found very pleasant and enjoyed. Communication in English was no problem. We recommend the place.

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Beautiful view. Aircon working properly. Nice jacuzzi. Clean. Good kitchen. Great location. Soline is far less touristy than the areas nearby. Also you could’nt hear the road next to, only nature voices. Staff is friendly. Made us feel welcome. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Sobra, convenient location to visit both ends of the island. Frano was very friendly and had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Apartment was close to restaurant and had a great view of the bay.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

I can’t say enough nice things about Davor’s home!! It is incredibly well located, right in the old town. Easy to access, countless restaurants everywhere, and 2min walk to the ocean!

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The environment is perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and practically right on the doorstep. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!
