Holiday rentals with a patio in Komolac

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Verten var vennlig og imøtekommende. Renholder var tvert i mot. Kjempefin leilighet med alt du skulle kunne trenge. Rent og pent. Mye små maur på sofaen ute. Gode solsenger. Flott utsikt til gamlebyen og øya Lokrum. Greit å finne frem, sentral beliggenhet men vær obs på mange bakker og trapper. Mye trafikk, men ikke mye støy. Deilige strandhåndkler.

Marko is a perfect host. the apartment was extremely clean and had everything needed for a smooth stay. The parking spot in the garage was very helpful as the most practical way to get to the Old town is through the bus which is a 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Supermarkets and pharmacy are right across the road. Marko also provided us with fruits, milk, juice, cookies, alcool and water upon arrival. There were extra towels and bathroom amneties. The apartment matches the description perfectly. Great place to stay in Dubrovnik and 4 minutes away by bus to the Old Town.

Das Apartment gehört wohl zu den schönsten in ganz Dubrovnik! Alles ist vollkommen neu und top eingerichtet. In Kombination mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist es einfach unschlagbar! Wir haben jede einzelne Sekunde dort genossen.

Wow what a gem of a place!! You’re right in the heart of things, easily walkable to Old Town, but nestled in this picturesque cove. The balcony overlooks Beach Šulić, and there’s even a walk down directly to it. Absolutely loved our time here!

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

Apartments at Mrs. Silvana fully correspond to the description. Very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, everything works. The apartments are located in a very good place. Elite area, right under the apartments there is a clean beach in a beautiful bay. There is a lot of greenery around. Opposite: mountains covered with forest. Also under the apartments there is an alley with beautiful landscapes and the opportunity in many places to go down from it and swim among the rocks in the cleanest water of the Adriatic Sea. I will recommend to my friends.

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Nikolina. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sauber mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Mit dem Auto oder Uber ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Nikolina war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen Fragen jederzeit geholfen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, eine tolle Wohnung um Dubrovnik zu besuchen 😊

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Dubrovnik area. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Tonci was always very responsive and helpful. His mother was very nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Antea. Vriendelijk ontvangen met tips voor de omgeving. Makkelijk contact te leggen, snelle reactie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Net iets buiten de oude stad, je bent dus zo in de stad maar hebt niet de drukte van de stad. Muren met de buren zijn wel dun, dus je moet geluk hebben voor een rustig verblijf. Absoluut de moeite waard, dikke aanrader!!!

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon endroit à l'écart de Dubrovnick. Bus au bas de la maison. Plage très bien à 3 minutes . Hôtes très sympathiques et reactifs à nos demandes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
