The ski resort is very close and the view is beautiful all year round, where you can look down to Kongsberg city, which offers several exciting experiences. This makes it suitable for friends, couples, families with children who need a well-deserved break in everyday life. The apartment is primarily for 5 people, but two extra beds can be created in the living room for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed.

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

The apartment is located 5 min from the city center, 5 min from Kongsberg ski center, 2 min from volleyball court, football pitch, athletics track and immediate proximity to great hiking experiences at Lågen and Gruveåsen. It has 2 bedrooms, one room has the possibility for an extra bed. Well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Parking right by the apartment.

Short walking distance to the business park, college, hospital and hub (train/bus station). Immediate proximity to cafes/restaurants, shops, concert arenas, the Mining Museum, and the silver mines. Approx. 5 min drive to the alpine resort (Funkelia) and Kongsberghallen, as well as 12 min drive to the golf course.

Welcome to our cozy cabin in Funkelia – a great starting point for both relaxation and activities all year round! The cabin is quietly located at the edge of the forest, with a short distance to alpine facilities, cross-country trails and hiking trails. Just 5 minutes away is Kongsberg city center with shops, restaurants and cultural offerings. The cabin has six beds in three bedrooms (a 4th bedroom is locked), kitchen, living room with fireplace and terrace with nice views.

Litet, enkelt innredet med ett soverom (2 enkeltsenger, 1 sovesofa 140 cm), rom med tekjøkken (ikke stekeovn eller kjøkkenvifte - steking må unngås), spiseplass, baderom med dusjkabinett og gulvvarme. Varmepumpe som både kan varme og kjøle. Rolig boligstrøk. Det er greit å vite at fra klokken 9 er høner og hane ute i sin luftegård. Sengetøy og håndklær finnes og kjøkkenet har vannkoker, kjøleskap, komfyrtopp, mikrobølgeovn. Vi står for renholdet etter ditt opphold.

Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Stedet passer for ett par , de som reiser alene, bedriftsreisende,, kursopphold og lignende . Ikke egnet for små barn

På denne hytta bor du rett ved naturen, flotte turstier, skisenter med aktiviteter både sommer og vinter, kort vei til butikker og by. Hytta ligger i en hyttelandsby med rolige og gode naboer. Perfekt sted for å finne roen. Ikke et sted for å feste. Familier med barn er velkomne, men det er ikke sikkerhetstiltak for små barn med grind i trapp o.l. Det er 8 sengeplasser, og man kan være 2 familier der, men det best for 6 personer rundt bordet. Max 6 voksne.

The loft is situated next to our house in Ormåsen. Ormåsen is a little housing estate which is situated 200m a.s.l. and midt in the heart of nature but close to the citys Drammen, Kongsberg and Oslo.
