Apartment 15 km from Kongsberg in scenic surroundings. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with dining area, cozy living room, hall with heating cables in the floor and a spacious and good bathroom. Private bedroom facing the forest. Best suited for 2 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be used and the apartment is equipped for 4 people. We live 380m.o.h and it is a short distance to the mountain, with nice hiking terrain and superb ski slopes in winter (3 km by car)

Newer apartment

I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. For those interested in the outdoors, wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Heat pump that can both heat and cool the rooms. Quiet residential area close to the city center. It is good to know that from 9 o'clock, the hens and rooster are out in their yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

In the backyard you have access to a large garden with outdoor furniture and pleasant atmosphere. There is also a garage belonging to the apartment. Linen & towels are included

Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe and desk Quiet and sunny location, porch with exit to common garden. 5 minutes to walk to the city center and to the railway station. Access by car from Klemsgate. Street road leads into the back of the house, with parking and garages. Private carport with an additional car parking space is included.

Bunkhouse from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion's feet where you can reach out. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and drying machine in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. You can also add an extra pair of guest beds and it is possible to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Leiligheten ligger 2 km fra teknologiparken og 3 km fra Krona. Leilighet for 7 personer 4 km fra Kongsberg sentrum. I rolige omgivelser nær Kongsberg skisenter. Leiligheten er velutstyrt og av høy standard. Stedet mitt passer for par, forretningsreisende, familier og grupper. TV-en har en nasjonal TV med alle vanlige kanaler, og du har gratis Wi-Fi. Senteret har flere restauranter, dagligvarebutikker, klær og sportsbutikker og natteliv.

Nice and cozy, close to nature and Ski Resorts.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
