This cozy house is perfectly located next to the sea front, where you can enjoy a swim at the clear water and the astonishing colours of the sunrise. Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. Just 6 km from the historical center of Corfu town, 1 minute walk from the bus stop and local shops and only minutes away from restaurants and bars. At the same compound they live few other quiet neighbours and three friendly dogs.

Located exactly on mountain ⛰️, into the nature, in a relatively isolated spot of Strinilas, an almost remote, traditional village with the highest altitude in the island, in the foothills of Mountain Pantokrator, whice is the highest top of the island. In the front terrace guests can enjoy the sunset 🌄, with a panoramic view of the north coast of Corfu and Diapontia islands! From the garden you can enjoy the view of a valley 🌳and green mountains!

Η οικία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 3χλμ από το κέντρο της Κέρκυρας, 1.5 χλμ. από το λιμάνι και 4 χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο με την χρήση αυτοκινήτου .Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης . Στα 300 μέτρα υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε δημόσια παραλία. Κοντά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέρια.

Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area with all the basic amenities, a well preserved living room where you may enjoy drinks and coffee, all surrounded and inspired by wood. In addition it has 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Self contained stone cottage with wonderful atmosphere , five minutes by car to the nearest shops You’ll love my cottage because of the complete peace solitude and breathtaking views. The sea is just five minutes walk from the cottage..Spectacular pool available from 1 May to October . My cottage is good for couples and solo adventurers. Not suitable for chidren.

Spiretos house is 55 sqm new construction fully equipped, with private pool and is located in the area of Alykes Potamos 4.3 km from the city of Corfu and 4 km from the airport. It is suitable for families because it has a welcoming garden with a playground. The sea is 3 minutes away from the house. It has parking and wifi.
