Holiday rentals with beach access in Konyaaltı

The apartment was very nice, everything you need was available. The beach was within walking distance of 10-15 minutes. The residential complex was quiet. I had a nice balcony. I would definitely visit the accommodation again

First of all Banu is amazing host : super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable!She was answering all questions I had within hour. When we had some problems with some appliances in apartment she solved them asap. The apartment itself truly feels like it has a soul: it is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for the stay. Location is perfect: quiet at night, close to bus stations and shops, walking distance to the seaside and it has 3 nice balconies. We had an amazing stay ! Thanks Banu and hope to stay at your place again in the future!

beautiful apartment, The location is perfect for walking to restaurants shopping and beach. all within a five minute walk. very clean and the area is very quiet. I stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay again. Great host great location, spotless and looks just like the pics......thank you Hamit and Nuray.

Nice spot for a 1-week stay in Antalya. Very friendly & responsive host. Good location - about 8minute walk to the beach. Nice restaurant options within a few minute walk. Strong wifi - good enough for video calls & streaming. Bed and couch are on the firmer side so weren't the most comfortable for me, but were as pictured. Shower has tricky temperature control, but does get hot. Keep the windows closed if you don't want the cats to come in :)

We lived with the children. Thank you, Ms. Shehnaz, she thoughtfully installed a crib and a high chair in the apartment. The apartment is nice, the view from the balcony is just great. The neighborhood itself is also good, everything is within walking distance. There was live music at night, but it didn't bother us or the children.

The apartment matches the photos perfectly — clean, stylish, and with an amazing view from the window. It had everything we needed: iron, hairdryer, tea, even a beach umbrella. The host was always quick to reply and very helpful with all our questions.

Many thanks to the owner for the wonderful opportunity to relax in a nice flat, convenient location, great advantage that each room has its own air conditioning. There is a taxi button opposite the house for travelling and shopping to your taste. There is a shop nearby that has a lovely pomegranate wine, I recommend trying it. The house has all the necessary utensils. Thank you very much to the host, we had a marvellous time. At the end of our holiday we received a nice gift from the owner of the accommodation

Mr. Ferhat was an excellent host. It helped us a lot with all the transactions before the reservation, such as the reservation process, check-in, accommodation, and checkout. Great house, excellent location, close to the beach. Separate, independent apartments The host was quickly solving all the problems and answering questions.

We did not have any problems except for the lack of a few kitchen utensils. It was up to us that it had a garden floor and a balcony. The house has recently been dealt with, the items are new and working smoothly. Great location, only 7-8 minutes walking distance to Konyaaltı coast.

great value, was quiet, large space. fridge didn't work but I didn't complain and I should have! I am sure they would have resolved it for me. sorry to host for not telling you.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. Very well located, close to the beach. Kitchen not very functional but it's very easy to feed nearby: lots of inexpensive restaurants.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
