Roger was an excellent host! Very accommodating and even prepared eggs and bread for breakfast the next day. The couple were very friendly on arrival and mentioned we had all day for check-out since it was raining. Highly recommend Robyn's nest hideaway for your next airbnb in Ports Stephen!

Our family of eight adults enjoyed our weekend in Pokolbin. We enjoyed the view to the mountains from the balcony and the large yard with three rustic chipping greens to practice our golf. The house was spacious and the ducted air-conditioning provided warmth during some cold winter weather. The BBQ are was also excellent. The property is walking distance to a few cellar doors and a nearby restaurant provided a free shuttle service for convenience. Melissa was a wonderful host and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Great place, exactly as described. It accommodated our group of 8 who visited the Hunter Valley for a golf trip. Checking in was seamless, the host was responsive and always checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Will 100% recommend to any friends and family visiting the Hunter Valley region.

This house was perfect while working locally and thank you for accommodating me. Had everything I needed and more. Is a great space and I enjoyed being able to work on my computer with that view of the water.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Fabulous easy stay

We had a great stay at Joanne’s place. It was right near a beautiful beach, and a short walk to great restaurants. It had everything that we needed, and a super comfy bed. Thanks for a great stay.

It is a very charming and well-equipped house. I especially liked the heated bathroom which we enjoyed using during winter. The place is very clean. Thanks Lottie!

The place is great w/ pool. Great staycation place. Do note that you’ll be sharing the building with owner who lives upstairs.

The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

Jo and her family are lovely and welcoming. We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Surrounded by nature and animals. Beds were very comfortable. Jo made fresh sourdough, provided eggs and vegetables. It was a lovely unexpected touch to supporting our time there. Lovely wineries and cafe's within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

The Pool House is a beautiful spot for a getaway with our puppy. The place has everything you need. Very clean and perfect size. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it’s a very short walk to the local shops. Will 100% be going back. We had a great time.

Jay and Rod’s home was beautiful! We had a wedding to attend at the Little Beach Boathouse, and this place was the perfect location as we could easily walk down to the venue. Would definitely recommend!

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Chris and Emily's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Chris was very communicative throughout our stay. The place is quiet, homely and has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including underfloor heating in the bathroom. Parking was also very easy with several visitor spots.

A very nice town house. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Well appointed with all the small touches. Upstairs gets a bit hot but can be managed with the aircon in one bedroom and pedestal fans in the others. Would stay again.

Amy's house was beautifully presented and aesthetically appealing. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone in to renovating the space and visually appealing from the second we walked in the gate. Amy was so pleasant to communicate with, fast to respond and so accommodating to our specific needs. I highly recommend Amy's place to anyone travelling around the Newcastle area. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. Absolutely loved my stay at Chris’a place. From the moment I arrived felt right at home. Loved all the inclusions jams breads coffees milk ect. It’s perfect spot to the beach and shops all walking distance. My dogs loved the dog friendly beach. I loved the privacy of Chris’ place the dogs had a little front area and I could sit there with a cuppa in the sunlight whilst they played. Thank you Chris !!!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The house and surroundings are even better than the photos suggest. The house was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The surroundings are peaceful and private with lots of sunshine all day through. Will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ann’s place. It was quiet and cosy with an easy walk down to the cafe for a coffee. Our pup was especially intrigued by the bat colony in the forest off the back porch. We loved watching them while we had breakfast. Would recommend for a retreat any season of the year!
