Holiday rentals with a patio in Kootenai County

Perfect place to stay while visiting for a doctor's appointment. My family was looking for something close to the doctor's clinic, walkable and enjoyable while in between appointments. Bryan's place was extremely walkable, peaceful and had everything we needed.

AMAZING views! The sunsets were beautiful. The place was easy to get to and in a great location. It was clean, and communication with the host was easy.

Loved our stay! Great location, furnishings, and offerings. The place was clean. It seemed like we may have been the first to rent this particular loft, as everything looked to be brand new. The apartment is minimalist but comfortable and homey. The complementary coffee bar and toiletries offered an extra special touch of luxury to slow down when we could, even during a busy vacation with toddlers. We contacted Nicole several times with questions and were always met with quick, kind, informative responses and solutions. The beds, pillows, and towels were all of good quality, another appreciated aspect. We will keep this location as an option for later visits to the area. :)

Rob's place was just what I needed. the location was perfect and I was very comfortable.

Everything matched the description perfect, close walk to several restaurants and very walkable to more (just not with the age kids I have), but a short drive to the lake. The neighborhood is great and the property has great private space with the fenced yard with is big enough for the kids to mess around playing soccer or catch. What really separates this property, and safe to assume Joshua's others apart, is how equipped the home was for rental. I have stayed in nice, clean rentals before however everything with this was immaculate. Super comfortable beds/sheets, extremely clean, very organized household essentials... on and on. My wife audibly gasped when she saw how well everything was stocked. We have never felt so at home in a vacation rental and will be purposefully speaking out any property's managed but Joshua.

This home was a wonderful place to stay for a family trip to Silverwood! The location was conveniently located to activities, stores, and restaurants and was also very private and peaceful! The home was set up to be very comfortable and convenient. The back patio was a lovely place for morning coffee or evening family time. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was well stocked with essentials. We loved our time here!

Fantastic location, walkable to everything, but still in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Lots of space so our big group felt super comfy and able to spread out and relax. Would stay here again!

Kristina and Eugene’s place was the best! They thought of everything from a security code that was the last 4 digits of my phone number ( so I couldn’t forget it) to snacks and stocked q tips and cotton balls in the bathroom. All sizes and shapes of pillows and lovely cozy blankets. Beautiful setting and soo peaceful and quiet.

This was a great house! The family room with the pac man game was a huge hit! Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Things in the kitchen were easy to find. Micah was really great to respond quickly with questions! Overall the home was very inviting and so so clean! You can tell that the host cares about his guests ❤️ we will probably stay there again if we are in the area!

Wonderful apartment! Very clean and fresh. Central to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. short ride to Silverwood Park! Have nothing bad to say regarding this unit, very affordable

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The view from the decks of Lake Pend Oreille was beautiful and it was quiet and serene. The electronic keypad on the front door was not working well so we had some trouble getting into the house. Connie and Steve were quick to respond and we were eventually able to get back inside. Hopefully the keypad will be fixed or replaced so that this will not be a problem in the future. Other than this one inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Twin Lake Golf Village is amazing. The condo was fantastic. We wanted golf and tennis and got both. Lake access, pool, as well. Condo is set back against hill under pine trees. There was private public parking. All the folks we met were friendly. Highly recommend the stay.

My husband and our two boys (ages 12 and 9) spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire complex is quiet and well kept. There’s a shared terrace space with a grill, tables and chairs - we made dinner a couple nights at the condo and it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The location was perfect- every morning and evening we walked along the Spokane River and the kids swam in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again - it was close to a lot of other amenities!

Everything about the condo was great. It was very comfortable (especially the beds), has everything you need for a nice stay, and the location couldn’t be any better. It’s a short walk to the downtown area, the lake, and parks. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area were all well furnished with essentials. Shannon was always helpful and responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we visit Coeur D’Alene in the future.
