A spacious villa with swimming pool that can accommodate 16 people, built on a plot of 2200 square meters and located 200 meters from the Africa Jade Korba hotel and 900 meters from Korba beach, it consists of 6 bedrooms (including 3 suites), a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 3 large terraces, a large swimming pool (14 m/7.5 m), a barbecue and parking for 4 cars, it is equipped with a large TV, a washing machine, 4 air conditioners (an air conditioner in each suite)

The rental accommodation is located in the Komsa residence located on Rue de Nevers in front of the Miramar hotel under renovation. It is close to daytime and nighttime activities suitable for families, young people and businessmen. The residence is a 2-minute walk from the beach (verification on Maps will be sent to you after booking) and a 15-minute walk from the city center. A contracted transport agency can provide your paid transfer to and from the city.
