Welcome to experience the magic of Lapland – the peace of nature, the Northern Lights, and the proximity of the river. Villa Poikkilahti is an atmospheric cottage for four people, only about 50 meters from the Tornionjoki River. From the cottage, there is a road leading to the beach, which is for your exclusive use. The river has a sandy bottom. In winter, there is a long sledding hill and a cross-country ski trail next to the cottage. If you are looking for a genuine Lapland cottage experience, a private beach, and memorable evenings with the northern lights and winter activities, this is the place for you❤️

Charming retro house by the sea

Relax with the family in peaceful, beautiful Båtskärsnäs, close to Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guest pets are welcome. At the accommodation, there is a wood-fired outdoor hot tub that can be pre-booked for a fee of SEK 500, it is usually possible to book it but please contact us in time to confirm this. Two kayaks are available to borrow. From Båtskärsnäs, boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Kicks, sledges and snowshoes are available to borrow.

Enjoy a pleasant experience at this centrally-located lovely home of 33 square meters in a separate building. The accommodation offers basic cooking equipment in an elegant kitchen. Internet 500/500 is included through a private fiber connection. Cable and Wi-Fi connection. Made beds, bed linens and towels are included. Free parking, space for a car with a trailer. The dwelling is equipped with a code lock for easy check-in and check-out; the code is changed for each booking. Restaurants, shops and services within walking distance.

We have bed linen and towels included in the Airbnb price, basics in the kitchen. Short distance to the city center. Parking space in the yard. Kitchen, hallway, small shower/toilet and living room with TV, sofa bed, double bed and armchairs. Best suited for two adults, or four, when there are, for example, 2 adults and 2 children in the group.

The perfect place to relax all year round: enjoy the sauna and lake views in summer or the clean Lapland air and the silence of nature in winter. Three bedrooms, a private sauna, and a large yard make this an ideal place to stay for the whole family or a group of friends. The property is about 30 km from the center of Tornio and Haaparanta and about 90 km from Rovaniemi.

The boat shore and Ylitornio's fine sandy beaches are only about 1 km away. Ainiovaara's magnificent skiing and outdoor areas are located nearby. The Aavasaksa ski slopes are about 15 km away.
