Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Košice-Sever

Check -in was no problem! It was super clean and prepared for check in. There is really a lot of space. 2 full-fledged places to work. There is a TV in both rooms. If we are passing through, we will definitely visit again 🙏

Great house to stay for big families.

We had a great stay at David’s place in Košice! The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and it was very convenient—less than 10 minutes by car to the charming old downtown. David was an excellent host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

The hosts were there and instructed well. There is a grocery store and pub in the village. Good location and peaceful.

It was a great stay. My honest recommendation

We felt like we were in our own home, which is quite comfortable. It's a perfect apartment for 2 people, the location is very central. It would be nice to have a kettle, maybe a filter coffee machine to make tea, and I think it would be more appropriate to put tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. I think it is not very appropriate to ask us to dispose of the garbage (because the cleaning fee is charged)

It was a very nice place to stay in Košice. The tram is directly in front of the apartment.

There were very good impressions, the apartment looks like in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. There were a lot of little things for cooking, no need to buy salt, oil, coffee! Very pleased that the host took care of the comfort! We were off the road, we were able to get clothes, sleep well and cook lunch! Thank You!

I was only there for one night, but I would have stayed longer. There was everything I needed, the host even left a bottle of wine for me as a welcome. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the center, restaurant and shop even closer. Great seating on the balcony or terrace.

The advantage of the apartment is definitely its location due to the proximity to the city center. The apartment is located on the first floor. For a one-bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, well-equipped. Ideal for an individual or a couple. Last but not least, I would like to point out the communication with Viktor, who responded very quickly to all questions, as well as provided instructions for accommodation in a timely and very brief manner. A pleasant bonus was provided in the accommodation refreshments and drinks, which I have not yet encountered. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is great: it has a beautiful view of the hills, it is clean and beautiful, and it has many necessary appliances. It is very close to the Technical University and the city center, and there are also several public transportation stops nearby. It is also easy to find and the host is very welcoming. If you open the window in the kitchen, there is some noise, but when the window is closed, the noise is gone.

Great place to stay in Kosice. Central location, apartment with great design. Very clean, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Downstairs restaurant where you can order a delicious burger even at 9:55 pm. Self check-in is also very convenient. I liked everything , thank you!

The place was really nice, beautiful and very clean. The flat has been furnished with attention to details and offered everything you could ask for a comfortable stay – from the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom to the little touches that made the stay more enjoyable. Everything was just like the photos. The hosts were extremely kind, accommodating, and communicating with them quickly and seamlessly. They willingly gave us great local restaurant tips. It felt like they cared about the guest's satisfaction and created a truly welcoming atmosphere in which we felt at home. We definitely recommend this accommodation to all who are looking for a quality, clean and cozy place! :)

A great location in the old town. Despite its location, the apartment was peaceful. Cold refreshments ready and waiting for tired passengers was great.
