Everything excellent

Nice and clean house. Big porch , can park two cars. Beautiful scenery at the back of the house. Great location, nearby to shops, pharmacy , restaurant and local food. There’s a few friendly cats around the house but we don’t have problem with it because we love cats. But don’t worry , not even one cat tried to get into the house. The host also is wonderful and easy to communicate. Definitely will come back if we come back again to Alor Setar. Will recommend to friends and families too.

I’m extremely satisfied with this place! It’s clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The host provided great amenities like a ping pong table, soccer balls, comic books, and snacks, making it easy to enjoy activities without leaving the house. There’s also Netflix, with the host providing a guest account, which was very convenient compared to airbnbs that require guests to log in to their own accounts. The bed was comfy, and there were plenty of pillows. Overall, great value for money! I will definitely book again. As for cons, 2 of the 4 rooms don’t have air conditioning, and there’s no mirror in the rooms, so you’ll need to use the one in the common space or washroom. My main issue was the gate remote control, where I don’t know why it was so difficult to close the gate using the remote. I contacted the host, and he was very responsive, even providing a spare remote. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

D’Santai GuestHouz was amazing! We had a great 5D4N stay here. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciate the warm welcome note and tidbits the owner left us. The house is aesthetically pleasing, and the paddy field has picturesque surroundings. Everything was tastefully furnished and decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Communications with the host were clear and pleasant. It was comprehensively equipped with Wi-Fi, complete kitchen utensils with essential basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices), fridge with complimentary ice cream, ice & juice, water dispenser, washing machine & dryer, cordless vacuum, smart TV, mini surau (complete with prayer mat, telekung & Al-Quran), swimming pool with an inflatable, BBQ pit, and a bathtub in the master bedroom. We enjoyed the indoor games (carom & foosball) and bicycles provided to stroll around the area and along the paddy field. If this review seems too over the top, it's because it is. Well-deserved.

Great place to stay especially for big family. The carpark space is so big. Neighbourhood environment is peaceful and walkable place.

Great host and easy to communicate with. The house is clean inside, with a classic, retro vibe. The water heater works as expected. The kitchen was just right for our family, and we had a great time cooking together. Both the internet and TV were working well. One suggestion would be to tidy up under the house and around the surroundings. A bit of tree trimming and cleaning up the ground floor beneath the house would help improve the overall experience. Overall, it is a good place with nearby amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The overall ambiance made it easy to relax and feel at home. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Jitra.

This a nice and comfortable unit. The are air-conditioners in bedrooms and living hall. Two queen beds and one single mattress is available. Body shampoo is provided, but remember to bring own hair shampoo. We are happy staying in this unit!

Nice pkace to stay, bersih, and selesa

It is our 2nd time returning to this house because of the good experience we had the first time. ample space for big families and well stocked kitchen. the kitchen oversees a paddy field which give it another level of serenity and peace.

Worth the penny to spend at alor stat. The location is in front masjid bukhary, its a big and comfortable home that can fit huge family. Lots of extra mattresss..really good host hosting us and doesnt mind sending us things back that we left at the homestay. Overall, good effort and we beyond satisfied !
