Our guest apartments are located in Yerevan on Vagram Papazyan Street, 50 meters from Komitas Avenue, 1.4 km from Republic Square and 2 km from the Armenian Opera and Ballet Theater. The center is easily accessible by taxi. We offer brand new comfortable rooms for accommodation. Shared kitchen, coworking, laundry. We have been hosting guests since February 2022. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking on the premises.
