There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There are 4 bicycles in the facility.It is available for use when it is available. The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible.
