A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.
