The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Every meal was a delightful culinary experience, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. The view from the property is simply breathtaking. Overlooking a large lake, it provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. The place is incredibly calming. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the thoughtful interior design, created an oasis of tranquility. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

Mr Jose and his team were great hosts. We stayed at their listing for 2 days and Mr. Jose and his associates visited us both days and made sure we were comfortable. The listing was beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Infinity swimming pool was the highlight. We found enough resturants on Zomato for both the days and also had lunch at a nearby Hotel. Appreciate the hospitality that was provided and the team's generous nature. Loved staying at the property and looking forward for more such stays in the future.

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was clean, and the host was very responsive. We felt right at home. It is located near serene places, and the locals are friendly and warm. It feels like a true connection to nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

Co-host Jose was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He provided a warm welcome, gave a clear orientation of the place, and ensured we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in perfect working condition. Being a newly built home, it offered modern comforts in a clean and tidy environment. The location was also a major plus—just a short distance from Athirampuzha Church and conveniently connected to Ettumanoor and Kottayam, making travel effortless. Additionally, the hosts were flexible with check-in and check-out times, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. Highly recommended! The place has 3 external cameras for additional security.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Check in was very easy, nice location walkable distance to church and town Host Jin and Smitha are very helpful,highly recommend this place,we will come back in our next visit to Kerala.

A well maintained and clean house with all the facilities we needed. Lijo and his father were easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our various requests and needs. The surroundings are beautiful as well, highly recommend!

Had a great time at the stay hosted by Saira. The property itself has a very unique and vintage feel to it. The rooms and other spaces where set up in a simple yet elegant manner which gives you a sense of peace and serenity. It's surrounded by greenary at the same time very close to the town. The rooms and the bathrooms were kept very clean. Additional mattresses and mats were available so was linen and blankets. Kitchen had all necessary equipments for cooking. Coming to the host herself, Saira was very responsive and helpful from the day of the booking. Her and her family's presence ensures that the stay will go smoothly. She was there for any and all questions or suggestions we had. All in all it's a great stay with a great host. I wouldn't think twice about booking again.
