Newly and stylishly renovated (2023) with a lovely open plan feel and great north facing outside entertainment and braai area at the pool. A wood fired hot tub will Keep you warm in the winter. Oak laminate floors in the bedrooms and living areas. There is an inverter for lights, TV, Wi-Fi and fridge. There is a cot and high chair available as well as a pool safety net.

This vintage forest cabin is perched above our pristine mountain stream, set amidst a highly diverse indigenous botanical forest wetland.The cabin is entirely private with a large deck and extensive views of both mountain peaks. Hand built by owner over a period of two years, with hardwood floors throughout, hand waxed with beeswax polish from our own hives. Guests enjoy their own private access along their secluded forest path. A vintage Nestor Martin canon style wood stove will restore you.

The beach is a 2 min walk away. The house consists of six en-suite bedrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a 12-seater dining table, downstairs lounge and entertainment areas. In addition, there is an upstairs TV lounge. Guests love the indoor braai (barbecue) and pizza oven. There are fireplaces to keep you warm; fire wood provided. It is also walking distance to a complex with a supermarket, restaurants ect. It is a quite neighborhood away from the busy streets. The house sits on a large enclosed stand and is strategically lit at night to offer you easy access and movement around the property.

Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.
