The apartment is suitable for 1–3 adults, including a family of four (2 adults + 2 children). Located in a quiet place near a forest area with easy access to Visitralampi and Tykkimäki amusement park. Apartment well-equipped (washer, water and coffee maker, microwave, sheets, towels). No smoking on the balcony, separate smoking place in the car park.

Viihtyisä, tilava olohuone kutsuu rentoutumaan, myös TV:n äärelle. Makuuhuoneessa 120cm sänky, lisäpatja järjestyy. Asunnossa pyykinpesukone, keittiösyvennys ja lasitettu parveke. Ei Wifiä. Talon edessä iso 4h kiekkoparkki (viikonloput ja illat vapaa pysäköinti) Lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja, Hansa-keskuksen S-market n. 200m päässä talosta.

Small home, in the city center

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.

Soiniityn kartano Kyra's room

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.

Helppoa city asumista!! Ydinkeskusta, saattaa kuulua melua ulkoa. Talo on kuitenkin rauhallinen. 200m rautatieasemalle ja 2km Xamkin kampukselle. Asunnossa ei sallita muita vieraita, kuin varauksen tehneet majoittujat!!! Parveke kävelykadulle päin. Tarjoamme aamukahvin/teen. Shampoo, hoitoaine, suihkugeeli, pyykinpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan. Rautatieasemalla on pitkäaikainen parkkipaikka ja talon edessä 2h kiekkoparkkipaikka. Ei lemmikkejä. Ei Wi-Fiä!
