They are fully equipped with necessary utilities (air conditioner, wireless internet 50mb/s, smart Tv, free parking in our building garage..) Both of them have around 60 square meters ( two bed rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom...). There is nice Tapas restaurant in ground floor, where our guest can have nice meal, drink, coffe.
