Holiday rentals with beach access in Krašići

Our family of 4 had a great holiday. The apartment is in a fantastic position just metres from the sea, with fabulous views from the balcony at the front and shady terrace at the back. The team were very helpful and responsive, helping us sort car hire etc, and provided us with a cool drink and fresh burek on arrival. Recommended.

Everything was very nice for us from the moment we entered the house. He even made us forget a bad trip with his gesture. The conversation, the view was very beautiful. Having a private parking lot made my days in Kotord very easy. We didn't use the beach, but it was very convenient to use. Cleaning and all our needs were taken care of. We were able to reach Mr. Sedat whenever we wanted and he helped us a lot. Thank you

It's been a wonderful stay. We have to be with the owners of the apartment and they are absolutely kind, generous and close. The apartment is very clean, well located and great for a week or more. We'll definitely be back. Maybe only a few kitchen utensils are missing, but otherwise, excellent, highly recommended!!!

The apartment was very clean and stylish, really beautiful scenery, the car was easy to park in front of the house, everything you needed was found. Stefan responded quickly to messages and was kind to us. You can easily drive to the center of Kotor along one road. During the day, there was a traffic jam in the center of Kotor, which slowed down the drive. In the evenings, there was no such challenge. There was a beach club about 400 m from the apartment, not a sandy beach but a pier area. It was nice to sunbathe there by the sea. Lovcen National Park was a great experience, although a little exciting to drive. You can also get there by elevator. Great accommodation and Kotor in its entirety!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

This place was amazing , we fell In love with it , to be able to swim every day ( several times a day )was a joy , the bay is stunning , surrounded by mountains it is purely magical. The apartment is as described , compact but has everything you need , we were very happy there . The private area for sunbathing and swimming has such amazing views we were blown away . The location is about 20 min drive to Kotor old town and around 20 mins drive to Perast , the road is busy but for us it didnt distract from the location at all , there is a nice little beach bar a couple of minute walk along the road and a restaurant opposite ( we didn’t use the restaurant as it is a meat and fish restaurant and we are veggies , but the beach bar was great . We hired a car and this allowed us to get out and about and explore the stunning area , although I think there are buses that go past regularly . Jovica and family are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for the beers and cakes ?

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

Alex is a wonderful person. The location of the house is a 10-minute walk from Old Town. It's a great privilege to have a garage in the house. The house is very clean and we liked its location. There were grocery stores and eateries nearby. Apart from all that, Alex helped us with everything, he told us about the places to visit, he took care of us when we had a problem, we were very pleased, thank you Alex for everything.

Excellent value for money, the location and view was amazing. We got this place specifically for the view and it was even better than we expected. It is situated just on the entrance of the old town and only a few minutes walk away from the main things. Host is excellent too, responsive and friendly with very clear instructions.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Loved our stay here! Milica was super friendly and provided us with various recommendations. The view to the bay from the balcony was beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach and to old town, and about a 20 minute walk to the bus station. The place had what we needed and felt clean. Would come again!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Irena is an incredible host. She provided so much support and information, and made us feel like friends. She shared valuable information on places to see and nice beaches. She went above and beyond! We highly recommend her place!

Dijana was super helpful from the initial booking of the trip down to recommendations of what to do while staying in Montenegro and checking out at the end. I can’t recommend the apartment and location enough, it’s perfect as a base for a trip to Montenegro.
