EG: Teeküche mit Treppe ins offene OG = 1 Bett (140x200), 1 Einzelbett. Bei Buchungen bis 3 Pers. werden diese zwei Räumlichkeiten und das Badezimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung geboten. Ab 4 Personen kommt noch Zi Nr. 2, Durchgangszimmer zum Bad dazu mit Sofabett (140 x 200), 1 Einzelbett, 1 Einzel-Sofabett. Ab 7 Pers kommt noch ein drittes, kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett 140x200 cm dazu. Die aufgezählten Räumlichkeiten sind immer zur alleinigen Nutzung der Gäste.

Quiet room on Lake Constance (in an inhabited apartment)

Treat yourself to a relaxing break at Lake Constance. You are surrounded by fantastic walking, hiking and biking trails. Konstanz is 15 minutes walking or 2 stations by train from nearby train station (Tägerwilen-Gottlieben.) Lake Constance is a 3-minute walk away. The island of Reichenau can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. There is a large parking space around the corner. (free overnight) In our apartment, there are also 2 friendly cats at home.

Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space ! Caravan or RV you need to bring :). Hammock/rack are here. Achtung ! The driveway is quite steep ! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and power can be found between garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake access. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. There is still a hut and a caravan on the premises, which may be occupied by guests.
