We stayed here for 2 weeks. Check in was flexible and easy. Kenny answered all queries promptly. Nice apartment located close to tram to get to the city center. We are very pleased.

Ingrid’s apartment was ideal—clean, very well equipped, comfortable, well located to stores & restaurants, good WiFi, and walkable (~15 min) to the Way Out West festival which brought us to town. It’s clearly a lived-in home with all the amenities and charm. Ingrid kindly met us at check-in to ensure we were able to get inside and showed us around the place. We had no trouble with the code-entry door throughout our stay. Checkout was easy—no big cleaning requirements.

Very cozy apartment, and central! Everything needed in a home is available. Two minutes to the tram! We are very pleased🌟

The stay was an extraordinary and great experience. A state-of-the-art, stunning building with the latest technology. The apartment is both very modern and cozy. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The area is very interesting because a lot is happening and being built here (nevertheless everything is quiet in the perfectly insulated apartment). There is an exhibition directly opposite in the "Älvrummet". The bus connection is great. The tram line will also open in 2025. In addition, a free ferry regularly runs to the city center. Please note that Serneke's apartments are only on the 5th or 7th floor, so the view is quite ordinary. For a fantastic view, I recommend the nearby Keillers Park (including great photos of the Karlatornet itself). The price-performance ratio was really excellent!

Beautiful apartment, in an area easily accessible by bus (bus stop 20 meters away). The small outdoor terrace is very nice, in a quiet residence. The interior is well thought out with all the essentials for our stay! We were even able to wash a little laundry;) We were in a hurry to return the car, but Kristoffer was very nice to us, and I was able to ask her for advice afterwards. I recommend it!

We loved every second there. The vibes are immaculate, being surrounded by nature and the coziest bed ! It’s perfect for a getaway ❤️ We were very satisfied and would love to come back anytime! Just wish it was closer ❤️😂

We were there as a group and everyone found a place, even if 4 beds did not have a "secluded" room. The mattresses were quite thin at the time, which is why only light children could sleep on them. Otherwise, everything was on site and sufficient for us. The terrace was super nicely located and the kids had play facilities outside. Our host Emelie was always available and fulfilled open requests as quickly as possible.

Excelent location, between big park and city center, next to Haga which is very nice. Appartment is spacious, very quiet and in good neighbourhood. Host was very responsive and was always there to answer all our questions. We were with one year old baby, there were a lot of toys to play with. Kitchen was well supplied and there is a washer and dryer in building to use. There is small park for kids to play outside. On the other side, beds are not that comfortable, since they are air beds, but we already expected that. We were a bit bothered with strange smell that was coming out of closets, it seems, but we got used to it. In overall, I recommend staying at this place, it was a really good stay.

The appliances are all newer and updated, everything as advertised. Plenty of pots, pans, good knives, etc to make meals at home. The host was very quick to respond to my questions, which is appreciated.

Good location if u are traveling and have a car. Great views. Very comfortable.
