Holiday rentals with lake access in Ksamil

A lovely and easily accessible family. The house is super clean, many bathrooms, many beds, kitchen, everything is perfect. I would definitely repeat ☺️

Great host, There was a problem with the availability of the apartment, but the host was great and quickly found another option for a place to stay. Very nice and polite The apartment we got afterwards was also fine.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean and equipped with all the comforts. From the balcony you can enjoy a great view. The location is good if you also have a car available. It is nice that it can be placed in its own parking space with a fence. Also handy, there is a small shop under the house. We communicated with google translate if necessary. The owner is very kind. She has surprised us several times with delicious food. Thank you again for all the good care and warmth! The kids loved it

It's a perfect place to stay in Ksamil! The location is great, you place very nice and clean. We felt very comfortable. And met a wonderful host with Christina. She is super friendly and was always approachable and gave us good tips. We can definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely beautiful home with stunning views. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, including ceiling fans, air conditioning, fly screens for all the doors and windows and some umbrellas for the beach. The walk down to the beach was steep but very doable. Recommend Dimitri’s for dinner.

Thoma is the perfect hostess. Greeted us with a basket of fruit and again in the morning. House is exceptional.

The apartment had just been renovated. It is very peaceful. It is outside of Saranda but a bus is available.

Perfect location for those who want to be close to all the services, but not in the chaos. Breathtaking sea views and spectacular sunsets, to be seen directly from the balcony of the house. I'd say it was a good choice. Spacious apartment and balcony arranged with a table and chairs to enjoy evenings admiring the sunset.

Self check-in was very convenient, we entered the apartment early because it was already ready and still late check-out allowed us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind on the last morning at sea. Very available for recommendations, highly recommended

Lekas place surpassed our expectations. It was spotless, comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The terrace had beautiful sea views and the promenade and was opposite the beach. Leka went out of her way to assist us with check in and check out times and any other queries we had. Will definitely return.

Lola was an amazing host. We didn’t know the direction but she picked us up at the port. The apartman has a private beach with a stunning view over the city. All the shops and good restaurants walking distance, the centre only 10 minutes walk. I think the apartman is the best value for money. I highly recommend Lola ;) Thanks for everything!

The apartment was excellent anf the hosts fantastic! The accommodation was a little way out of the centre of Mursi - you need a car, as it is not in walking distance.

Everything is very collapsed, it is important for those who will drive a car, there is a free parking space under the windows of the apartment, to the sea (a public beach, not a large one) but you can swim, and there are paid!

The accommodation was ideally located close to the lake, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is very well equipped and the host is very nice and flexible

Great quiet place, perfect for small Groups.

The moment we got there, we got a warm welcome with a coffee and a glass of raki. The family is heart warming. Even though we were there for just one night, as we were leaving the father of the host hugged us goodbye and waved us off like we were there for weeks. We would definitely recommend staying with them.

Welcoming host, beautiful and quiet place under olive trees. Fully equipped air conditioned house, terrace with an amazing sea view. A bit tricky access to a small beach (cca 100m, steep pathway and stairs), but worth it - crystal clear water and privacy. The forests bring insects but it's only natural. Overall we had a great vacation at Nicol's place and enjoyed our stay very much. Super relaxing.
