Me and my second time stay here, choose to stay the same house as the house is clean & cozy, full amenities with all the necessities, with swimming pool & playground, and center of the town easy to access to all spot in Kuching, and friendly owner. Recommended👍

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

Not bad, good service, just the hydraulic power to improve, not enough.The A/C in the big room requires increased horsepower.Everything else is pretty good and will come again.

After booking, communication with Alvin was smooth, and he responded quickly to any questions.On the day of check-in, due to flight delays, it was already after 9pm when we arrived in Kuching. Fortunately, the location of the house was easy to find and the check-in process was simple. Alvin gave clear check-in instructions.Everything went well.Dad said the landlord was very thoughtful and well-prepared. We don't spend much time in the apartment, but as described, there are restaurants and food streets below the apartment, as well as some shops. For transportation, it's also easy to take Grab. Although the front section of the road is congested, it doesn't affect it because it's close.The road setup is not very good, Aeon Mall is clearly in front of you, but you can't just go there. Overall, a very nice listing, the host is very attentive, and you can see their care from the details.

HelloKitty House is really really lovely and nice!Truly made my kids and I experience a very happy and memorable time.The owner was also very sweet and she was very quick to respond to our messages with shortages of everyday items at all times.Hello Kitty House is our first choice B&B next time.

Best place to stay

positive: room was really nice and cosy, pillow and bedding very good quality. Bathroom was very nice. The kitchen is with perfect amenities with bowl ,spoon, microwave, refrigerator,washing machine, dryer and all the kitchenette is also provide. whole room very clean. from the moment my family stepped into my room, i felt a sense of comfort and relaxation, almost as if i were in my own home. the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries including shampoo ,body wash, hand soap and hairdryer ( thankfully) was powerful enough for my long hair. one of the thing i loved the most about the homestay was its peaceful ambiance. its was quiet and serene with no traffic noise disturbing my stay. i would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and high quality stay! i would definitely stay here again.
